I paid close to $1500 and non of the problems were fixed and in the process they managed to break the back passenger window's automatic up and down and now it won't go up. Engine light is now on and the cover underneath the car was not secured properly so I lost that too. I decided to take my car to Audi and they checked the car and told me that all the issues that were supposed to be fixed by this establishment were still there so I contacted them to find out what exactly they did for my $1500. On a positive note, they did a good job of detailing my car but I thought $175 was a bit much! At this point I am looking to retain a lawyer to recoup some of my money (I was willing to pay for all parts they used but I don't know why I have to pay for labor since nothing was fixed and more problems were added. I was in by 8:10 am. He got my van diagnosed, parts delivered and I was back on the road after lunchtime. I am so grateful to him to help me get back on the road. I am a dog/house sitter and I was expected in Annapolis that night. The homeowner had already left the country for a trip. Chris and his team were not only professional but generous in their efforts to help me. I was told where I could get lunch and I was able to sit in his waiting area for hours, have bathroom access and even had a fireplace turned on because I was cold.
