On the scheduled day the delivery driver backed right across the driveway and was attempting to dump the dirt haphazardly along its edge. I quickly called him out for it and demanded that he move the truck to the curb. Instead he became violently angry and tried to drive off without delivering the dirt, which I had already paid for, because his feelings were hurt. I was only able to get the dump by physically refusing to allow him to close the truck's tailgate. He had no respect for me or the landscaping crew waiting to spread the dirt. Obviously, these people don't communicate well if at all. If you're going to use this service then understand that they don't listen, can't follow the simplest request, are rude and abusive, and will have no respect for your property. Be careful.

I ordered 14yds of fill dirt and they delivered approx 8yds of dirt. When the driver was questioned about the amount of dirt he confirmed that it was about 8yds. We contacted the business and they refused to make it right. I had another professional contractor come out to look at it and he also verified it was not 14yds. If you have any landscaping work being done and are in need of soil, dirt or rock I would encourage your contractors to go elsewhere so that you don't get charged for product you don't get.
