When I got home after he had been paid for a cord, I stacked and measured the wood he delivered and it was a half a cord (64 cu ft) instead of the whole cord (128 cu ft) he had quoted even though my wife had paid him for a whole cord. When I called him, he insisted that he had delivered a whole cord and refused to come here. He was argumentative and hinted that I was out to cheat him.

I called at least 5 times inquiring about the delivery and each time, Mr. Miller shifted the delivery time further back My daughter even responded to a text from Mr. Miller's daughter. The last time I called Mr. Miller said he didn't think that I wanted the wood and that my daughter didn't respond to his daughter's text. So not only does he not keep his word, he is also not truthful. if this is how he conducts his business it is a wonder if he has any clients.
