I took my truck in for new tires they installed them found it needed some more work needed the truck for a bit so i took it called a week later and schedule the work. after having driven not even 300 miles my tires start to fall apart they tell me manufacture can't warranty anything because of the work that had not been done. nothing could be so wrong on a vehicle that would make a tire peal that way but they give up right away don't even offer a small discount. every time i called and tried to speak with a tech they would say they will call back took them a few days when I sent them and imaged of my tire issue they never responded over all disappointed. conclusion work fine customer service is very mediocre read more

We broke a a spring shackle on our 5th wheel we stopped in the shop with our second vehicle. They sent Fransico out to take a look at what needed to be done. He found welders that came out to fix the shackles did it in the parking lot of a distillery. I can't thank them enough for the great service. read more

They have even done tire install on new wheels on my Range Rover and Porsche! All I can say is that they are super customer service oriented! Everyone, including the techs are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is very fair and they always give you not the only an estimate, but ways to do the repair while saving money for their clients. They have Coffee and pastry or cookies all the time, but be careful. The owner even has a keg who is always wandering around to offer you a cold beer while ya wait! You guys rock! read more

These guys are the best! I cannot praise them enough for not just their wonderful business but their kindness and generosity. My car broke down in the middle of no where with my little kids in the backseat on a really hot day this past week. We waited hours and hours for another company's tow truck to come tow us to the closest mechanics- which happened to be Down Valley- but we started to lose hope that they were coming since we still couldn't get ahold of the driver. I was starting to worry we might not be able to get our car to the mechanics in time to be evaluated and for us to get out of the heat. That's when I decided to reach out to Down Valley for help and they saved the day! After speaking to the owner, he had a tow truck sent to get us within 15 minutes. His entire staff was welcoming, understanding, helpful, efficient, informative, professional, and timely. This place went above and beyond to help me and my family get back on the road so we could go home. Thank you! I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They charged $69 dollars to say my truck needed brakes when it did not need brakes. I took it to another shop that checked my pad condition and they don't need to be replaced any time soon. The second time I took my truck there for a tire swap they told me it would be $100 dollars. When we went to check out they charged me $150. When going outside to get into my truck someone in the shop had broken my door handle. We went and got Cicero to point out the damages and he said we were the last ones to touch it. My boyfriend told Cicero we were not going to play that game. Cicero immediately became very disrespectful and aggressive about it. I started recording this interaction because of how aggressive Cicero was being especially right in front of our child. Also I wanted written or video proof he would pay for the damages done while under his care. Cicero told me I could not record this. My bf informed him it was my first amendment right to be able to do. Cicero said to my US Marine combat military veteran that he was what is wrong with this country after Cicero told me I could not record this confrontation. When we got the handle fixed we brought Cicero the receipt like he asked. He was rude saying we just wanted the money to go buy pot, he cussed at my partner, an employee in the shop cussed at my bf. Cicero kept flicking off my bf, calling him a piece of shit, his truck was a piece of shit. The whole time my bf remained calm and told Cicero he was entitled to feel that way. This was all done in front of other people in the waiting room. Cicero did reimburse us for the handle to get replaced, but was rude about it. My car was backed into by an unknown vehicle which penetrated the sidewall of the right rear tire. That meant driving on the "doughnut" emergency tire which is a challenge in our mountain region. As it is time to switch to winter tires I asked a number of shops about solving the problem by switching to the snow tires I had in storage. All said there was no way it could be done until after the weekend (it was 4:30 pm on Thursday). My last call was to this shop where the guy answering the phone said "Sure, bring it over". That I did and they did a great job before the 6 pm close. The waiting area was immaculate, internet was stellar and most of all the staff was friendly, not rushed, and very helpful. We got a flat on a Sunday in the snow while on the I-70. After making at least 10 phone calls and leaving messages at other shops, despair set in. My fiancé started looking up hotel rooms. I thought I would give one more shop a try. I left a voice mail and not even 15 mins later the owner called me back! Not only did he leave the grocery store with his wife to help us he charged us a very reasonable rate! We can't remember his name unfortunately but he was amazing that day. I was moving my mother-in-law from California to Iowa and I had an old Tahoe towing a trailer. I stopped in Gypsum for gas and coffee and noticed a rear tire had split and was about to blow on me. It was after 5, and nobody was open! I went to the shell station off 70 and they told me to go around the back and see Cicero. He couldn't get the tire until the morning, and there were no hotels in Gypsum- it didn't seem likely I would make it to Eagle, so he advised I camp out in his lot, which I did. My tires arrived at 8am and he had me on the road by 8:30. I was impressed by the service and by Mr. Cicero himself, just a down-to-earth fellow that is also running for the city council. If they are wise they will elect him, as he is honest and reliable. read more
