I have used this shop previously and they did a fine job (when they first opened). However, the service is incredibly inconsistent and the customer service from Clarence is insulting. Clarence could care less about your time or providing information. Less than 20 minutes after receiving a verbal quote for various services from the other front of house person - he has always been great - and returning with my vehicle, Clarence let me know that he could not give me further information and I would have to sit and wait until they could get me in, 3 hours later. I indicated that I received a quote earlier and he said he was too busy to look into it, because he had phone calls. This is not the first adverse experience with this shop, particularly Clarence, and I would avoid it at all costs, if possible. Stay away, if at all possible and, if Clarence is serving you, ask for another representative. **Follow up - the shop in Eagle Vail quoted about $200 less and did so in writing. This is not the first time they've come through for me, and once again they've absolutely knocked it out of the park. My Tesla Model Y took a serious hit when ice slid off my roof and caved in the top of the car. It was heartbreaking, and I was honestly worried it might not be fixable--especially since every other shop in Colorado I called told me they couldn't (or wouldn't) work on Teslas. But not Dutch's. The process went well, until when I recently returned and pulled mu vehicle out of storage. I wanted to change back to summer and the factory wheels. I discovered that Action Jackson over tighten my front lugs and damage all ten bolts. The rear bolts also received damage. I understand they are no longer in business.
