Just sent a return label so sweater could be returned. I returned sweater. Saw that a week ago it came back on the website with a preorder date of 1/5/25. I placed the preorder with hopes that the sweater would be of better quality and not the horrible smell of the last sweater. Two days later I receive a email stating the sweater had shipped. How could this sweater ship if the preorder date was 1/5/25 and this is 12/14/24. Received sweater today and it was the same stinky, stretched out neckline sweater order months previously that I returned. Not only do I have to run around again and return this sweater to the post office but what company sends out the same sweater that was returned due to complaints that it was damaged and stunk. A $148 dollar sweater, that was smelly...sent out again!!! I am beyond aggravated with the company and the lack of integrity of their products. If you knew the sweater was returned due to defects and smell why not damage it out....not try to sell it again. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Their customer service stinks and obviously do not care about good customer service. Unbelievable!

Vintage comes with blemishes I do understand that sometimes but I feel like many items had large holes and stains and still were over $50. I did do my research as I visited 3 other men's warehouse locations all within 50 miles of the emerald square mall location, the one which broke my heart that Mark manages and NONE were as awful as this store. I wish I could prosecute this store and/or have corporate give a hoot but l've gotten no where in those regards which is way I'm here on yelp hoping to inform future wedding or prom goers.
