I finally asked for a refund since they couldn't seem to accommodate us, and they refused to give a refund. They kept over $1000 of our money and we never received ANYTHING for that money. If they will take money from a church, they will take your money too.

They called us less than 48 hr before our wedding and cancelled our tent without any apology or offering a second option. Just stated somehow they messed up and can't get our tent to our reception space. We relied on it for our catering and DJ , my husband and I are understanding people and asked for any alternative as we just needed a 10x10 at minimum for our DJ. They wouldn't even provide this even though they messed up and cancelled our 30x80 clear top tent last minute and the owner was rude about it.on top of this the owner is withholding part of our refund and charging us for two delivery trucks even though they only used one since the tent wasn't delivered. They also forgot our bathroom trailer that was suppose to be delivered Friday , therefor this took 3 hours out of my husbands day on our wedding day helping them set it up. The owner did not compensate for this at all and still had us pay Friday- Sunday for this rental. These were the bigger issues however on the smaller side of complaints the chairs were muddy and even though we were told they were going to set up the tables and chairs if provided a blueprint they left everything in ratchet straps in a pile even after my husband helped them unload their truck. Extremely disappointing company to rent from. We even emailed the owner to speak to him directly before going public with this review in hopes he would provide some sort of apology and give us our full refund however all he did was place blame on his employees and stoped responding to us.
