We were initially given a window so we were delighted to be the first job of the day. There was a massive tree in our yard. So massive that neighbors finally became annoyed with the overhang of vines and weeds so it had to come down. The crew came prepared with all manner of tree cutting and disposal machinery and tools. The whole system involved several trucks that took up a good portion of the street. These guys were thorough and professional. Several cars had to be moved out of the way one of which was dead. No problem. They jumped it and moved it as well as another for a disabled neighbor and when the job was done they put the cars back in their original spaces. They cleaned constantly throughout the process. Living in a row home meant most of the trunk had to be carried out through the house. They handled that part just as well. Do read your contract, they spell out many specifics like how much of the trunk of our tree could be cut down because it had begun to grow into the fence. This should make clear your expectations. So they were having fun on the ground. I get it. What I dont get is leaving it all over my property and not cleaning up. They moved 9 cans of my cans for trash pickup back in my yard and also didn't put them back. Yes I called them at 5:46 after getting home and assessing everything and it warranted a call as it was alot of clean up left for me. The manager was to send the crew back out in 20 mins, even admitted they shouldn't of did that. I also tried to get the owner on the phone and the manager said he's too busy, he handles the crews. I waited, no show. I called again at 7:13pm to follow up. He said im on another call I'll call you in 2 mins. I again waited till 8:10. Now im getting vm. So I left a message telling him I am now going to approach the neighbors if they dont come out in the morning and clean up their trash they blew and threw into my yard.
