My cameras caught them blowing everything from the street into my yard, they also caught them slicing off branch wood rounds and throwing them from the trees at ground crew running into my yard and driveway. So they were having fun on the ground. I get it. What I dont get is leaving it all over my property and not cleaning up. They moved 9 cans of my cans for trash pickup back in my yard and also didn't put them back. Yes I called them at 5:46 after getting home and assessing everything and it warranted a call as it was alot of clean up left for me. The manager was to send the crew back out in 20 mins, even admitted they shouldn't of did that. I also tried to get the owner on the phone and the manager said he's too busy, he handles the crews. I waited, no show. I called again at 7:13pm to follow up. He said im on another call I'll call you in 2 mins. I again waited till 8:10. Now im getting vm. So I left a message telling him I am now going to approach the neighbors if they dont come out in the morning and clean up their trash they blew and threw into my yard. And I will blast them on social media and review sites. No show. So I talked to both neighbors who are going to call and complain as well about them doing this to me. This is not a reliable way to conduct business. We had agreed this morning that someone would come by to assess the trees I need removed and provide an estimate. I waited at the scheduled time, but no one showed up. I tried calling several times without any response, and eventually, my calls went straight to voicemail. Had he let me know he couldn't make it, I could have arranged for another company to do the job. This lack of communication disrupted my schedule and put me in a difficult position with my tenants. read more

Called for an estimate at 9 and they came at 1230 and cut the tree down at 3. Quick and lowest estimate around . Highly recommend.

I call Bob for a estimate he came out rite away & analyzed the situation I had three other tree services out before him and he out did there prices by a long shot. Called on Wednesday late morning to get a quote for a large 40' tree that snapped during a big windstorm and fell onto (and rested) on a 60' Oak. Bob (the owner) came out within a couple of hours of my calling him and gave me a good quote. He got his crew to come out the next morning and they were done what I considered a large project before lunch the same day. Basically 24 hours from calling him to getting it done. And it was done right. Crew was friendly, quick, and Bob stopped by to make sure everything was ok. No complaints whatsoever. Living in Center City, I never thought about cutting down a tree. Always. Seemed blasphemous in a city that needs more trees, not less. My moms lives in West Mt. Airy, and they have plenty. So many for so long that they die of old age it seems. That's what I had to deal with. A gigantic centuries old tree that rise over my moms house. How do you cut down a dead giant that may fall down on moms this winter? Call a tree removal guy. I called Bob on o Thursday morning at 9AM. He called back, got my address, came out in an hour to give me an estimate for pruning and cleaning up a weeping blue atlas cedar. After giving me a great estimate, he got on his phone, and his two assistants showed up an hour later. They did a tremendous job of pruning and trimming this tree. It changed the entire appearance of the front yard. The cleaned everything up, then used a leaf blower to ensure everything was spotless. HIGHLY recommend Bob and his crew. Me and my wife just bought a house. The house is very nice but the property have so many over grown trees. It looked like the previous owners had never done any upkeep or landscaping while they live their. I call Bob Koch to come to my house to give me an estimate. He came the next day around noon to see the trees. There are 8 trees on my property and all of them needs to be trimmed and pruned. His price was very fair and reasonable, l know because other companies I called was higher then Bob. My wife and I decided to just do 3 trees for now because we just spent all our money on the house. Bob came to our house the next morning with Andy and a giant truck to cut and pruned the 3 trees we had agreed too do. They came and started the work right away. Andy was doing the climbing and cutting and Bob was collecting and clearing the limbs and branches. After the job was done they raked up all the leaves on the ground and put in their truck. There was no mess or cleanups for me to do. I highly recommend Bob Koch to anyone who need there trees trimmed and cut. Bob Koch has trimmed trees for us in the past with no complaints. Not the case this time. Had three old trees that needed to come down. The have been shedding limbs in the recent storms. Called and he came out immediately to take a look. Said that he would take them down tomorrow. I stated that we were leaving tomorrow for a scheduled vacation and would be gone for several weeks. He said not to worry that he would take care of everything. He also knows that this is not our primary residence. When we returned from our trip we went to the property to cut grass and check on the trees that were removed which is when we noticed two areas of damage in the driveway. I called to ask about it and offered to send pictures of the two spots in question. He was very angry when he returned my call and stated that he could not understand why he was hearing about this after four weeks from when the work was done. I stated that he knew that we were going to be away and that we do not live there. He stated that he was not interested in seeing any pictures because they could have been taken anywhere. I said that I would be happy to meet him there. He kept repeating over and over why he did not hear from me until several weeks after the job was done. He asked what I expected him to do about. I said that I would hope that he would repair the damage. He was rude and confrontational. I asked if he witnessed an issue the day the work was done. He stated that he was not personally there when the work was done. He accused me of trying to get a new sidewalk out of him. I asked if he used a subcontractor. He said no he does not, it is someone that he works with. I asked if he could check with the person who did the work and get back to me. He said that he would speak with him. It has been a week and no call back from Mr. Koch. I cannot personally recommend Mr. Koch or his subcontractor whoever he may be. They will take no responsibility for any damage to your property. Seriously needs to work on his people skills. Customer service nonexistent. I am sure that since Mr. Koch was speaking with a woman on the phone he thought that he could bully her and it would all go away. I am done with this company. read more

This tree crew took down a beast over high voltage wires in a safe, efficient way with no injuries to people, property, or machines. This tree collapsed my sewer line and it had to be removed as an emergency so the plumbers could get backed-up sewage out of my house and replace my sewer line from the extensive tree root damage. Very impressed with the team work and ethics of 215 Cut Tree.. They had the knowledge about how to approach a complicated removal, as well as the specialized machinery to get the job done correctly. Unbelievable service. Called them on a Tuesday and the tree was down Wednesday. May not sound amazing to you but wait till you experience contacting the others. Pleased with this work. Got a tree trimmed, several stumps removed and hedges removed. Bob said he could do a same day service. Four guys came out, did a nice job, and actually cleaned up after themselves. They even took a blower and and cleaned our cars off where any debris might have collected. Fair price for the work done.
