I had scheduled an appointment for today, 08/27/25, to have a travel consent form notarized at 5:30 PM, which was then rescheduled to 6:45 PM. I arrived early at 6:35 and texted to let him know I was there--no response. At 6:53, I followed up asking if he was available, and he replied "coming out." I waited, but by 7:04, no one had shown up, so I texted again saying we could reschedule if he was busy. Still no response, so I left. At 7:15, he finally replied claiming he had sent his brother out and that I wasn't outside--which was completely false. Not only did he waste my time, but he never took responsibility or even offered an apology. This was a simple appointment for a notarized form, and it turned into a frustrating experience due to his complete lack of communication and professionalism. If I could give zero stars, I would. I needed an affidavit notarized on a single sheet of paper, since the Cambodian government wanted it this way (those who need(ed) to submit documents to the Cambodian ministries know exactly what I'm talking about).
