Most Dental Insurance (mine included) only allows a new set of x-rays every five years. They took more x-rays than I've ever had in my life, the old- fashioned kind but after being there, I realized their office was not in alignment with today's technology, standards or expectations. Dr. Miller claimed that I had several problems, including what was categorized as a faulty crown which she wanted to refer me to another Dr. for a Root Canal. I asked to consult with the dentist that did that crown but Dr. Miller did not want to admit that she had said it was faulty or comment on another doctors work. The next day they emailed me to say that they are renegotiating their insurance contracts and that I should find another provider. She had found several things wrong with my teeth, so I called back right away and emailed them to make an appointment since I had just started with them, and they took all the x-rays, which other dentists don't always accept. Eventually, her receptionist answered my call and said that the Dr. decided to discontinue the doctor patient relationship, but did not state why. I did receive a formal letter, but again it did not say why they chose to release me. I found their office to be Completely unprofessional, outdated, and inept, which left me totally bewildered. When I went to a dentist to get another opinion, that dentist said that she said that none of the four items recommended by Dr. Miller were work was not necessary. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone!

I believe their intentions are good, but need to work on their organization. Gave me a free cleaning which was nice. Got really suspicious because of the evasive language and they told me that my business isn't needed. Doesn't seem to understand that there's a lot of scam artists in the dentistry world and why someone would be suspicious of evasive language. Just say, "I don't know" instead of trying to get me to agree to have work done that may not be covered. Honesty is always better, right?

I was choking on water and she constantly let water pool out of my mouth leaving me with running water all over my face and behind my neck. Never in my life has a dental cleaning been such an issue. The dentist is a pleasant guy, but always seems too busy for me. I have healthy teeth and gums, and at one visit, he popped his head in and said to the hygienist "I know she's due for her exam today, but just come grab me if you see anything concerning, otherwise she's good to go." Sir, I expect a dentist to look in my mouth and do an annual exam EVERY YEAR. I expect you're still gonna bill for that exam, too right? I spoke up and said something and made him do the exam, but that just really rubbed me the wrong way. Secondly, the scheduling is atrocious. You can NEVER schedule your next cleaning exam at your current exam. They call or text you about a month before you're due for your next 6 month exam, and half the time, they still can't schedule you until 2-3 months PAST that time, so I'm really getting dental cleanings every 8-9 months instead of the 6 months that is recommended. It's extremely frustrating. That being said, my husband also goes here, and he has more complicated dental health, and they have always made time for him, and worked well with him and his issues. So that's great. But it just seems like they have more patients than they can handle, and/or only seem to prioritize the more complicated (money-making) patients over the standard oral health situations. After cracking a tooth late last night while working in Aspen, I had no choice but to make the long drive back to Denver with an exposed root and unbearable pain. I knew I needed immediate attention--and fast. Dr. Moy and Ariana went above and beyond. They made space for me right away and treated my situation with a level of urgency, compassion, and professionalism that's incredibly rare these days. My case wasn't easy--turns out I have unusually long 16mm roots (the average is 10mm), making extraction far more difficult than usual. But Dr. Moy worked with extraordinary precision and care for over three hours, successfully removing the damaged tooth and placing the stud for a future implant. On top of that, they also re-cemented a crown that had come loose. Throughout the entire process, Ariana was incredibly supportive, skilled, and attentive. The two of them made a difficult, painful experience feel safe and manageable--and I left with genuine gratitude. I'd rather lose a damn tooth than pay a down payment on a car. I went to my primary dentist this week and got that shit FIXED under 30 minutes and it was $18.
