My wife went there today and was asked to wear a mask. She explained to the lady that she has asthma and cannot wear a mask. My wife sat down, but suddenly another employee came from the back and told her that if she wanted to wear a mask, she had to wait in the hallway. My wife ended up telling them that if that's how they wanted to treat people, she was leaving and would not give them her business. I don't understand why the hell they still require their patients to wear a mask. I haven't been to any place in the last few months that requires wearing a mask. We are definitely never going back to this office.

I had never had a good experience with a dentist in my life (maybe because I have a tiny child mouth and I'm always being yelled at to "open wider"...) so, I almost never went to the same one more than a couple times. I was hesitant to start over at another place, but I am so glad I did... On walking in, you can tell everyone loves working there and that they are a family. Dr Greg and Dr Joanne (married couple practice, how nice?) are so sweet they provide their own figurative job security; plus they have gadgets for checking your teeth that I had never heard of (including this thingy you can rest your teeth on that holds my tiny child mouth open for fillings, etc.) and the whole staff is excellent at what they do. In addition to regular cleanings, I had Six-Month-Smiles (quick braces thingies) to re-straighten my teeth before my wedding, so I got to spend more time there than the average patient which allowed me more time to observe the interactions between the hygienists, assistants, techs, doctors, and other patients. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and willing to help. You will NEVER feel like "just a number". They remember and USE your name regularly. The insurance specialist is excellent in helping you understand what's covered and what's not. The billing is professional and easy to understand. From reminder cards to reminder phone calls, you won't forget about your visit. They're not overbearing about it or anything... just helpful. Dr. Richards is knowledgable and patient, fast, yet thorough. She's friendly and takes the time to explain what's going on, what needs to be done, and when you could probably get it done (with regards to insurance/benefits), etc. I'm glad I found a Dentist's office that I feel comfortable with that I can give my loyalty to and receive the same in return.

Once in the dental chair they tried to convince me to replace an additional 8 perfectly fine teeth! For aesthetics.. this is not a concern for me.. just my 2 that need replacing! The issue with this practice is more in their deceptive billing! The amount that I was quoted was higher than most other dental practices! I had gone to another dentist who advised me that if a dental practice is in your insurance network they are contractually obligated to charge an in-network amount! The office manager here is a relentless deceptive piece of work!! She acknowledged that this is what they are obligated to do, but she would not honor those in-network prices!! And if you choose a payment plan, they charge you differently based on the time frame of payback.. way too many other dentist out there and I wondered how much over billing they charge people who think this dental practice is good because of community word of mouth..
