I can't say enough good things about this company. I previously had two contractors come in and needless to say they did not leave the job properly done. I call Brian at down's construction and they got right on it. They fixed The problems caused by the other two contractors. I really appreciate their attention to detail and thoroughness. They also stayed in constant contact with us and let us know when they were arriving. At one point they had pull the flooring up because the previous contractor had put a hole in the water line.
