They said that there was a 90 degree angle in the pipe and it was completely blocked, and they would need to cut the pipe and alter the angle for easier flow. They were both very kind guys! However, the master plumber said it would cost $3200! I said that was too much, and he said he'd discount me $400. So, I actually paid $2890. I researched after the job was completed and I was definitely taken advantage of. The rate for that type of job (not cutting into walls) should have been at least about $1000+ less. I'm very disappointed because I really wanted to believe they were being honest. UPDATE: I spoke with Elias and he agreed that the charge was too high. He adjusted the price and compensated me accordingly. I appreciate his efforts to make things right!
