Sad because we have plenty of work they could have been paid to do! I guess B's Electric has so much business that they don't care about customer service. This cost my small business $8,000 in parts and repairs plus several customer refunds. They took zero responsibility for the problems I experienced. When I questioned one of the owners about their continued misdiagnosis, I was treated very rudely and he fired me as a customer. He even threatened legal action if I didn't pay the full amount by the end of the week. All this after having worked with them for 3 years. Extremely high labor rates and over-inflated part pricing markups (I checked), and lots of nitpick charges. They even charge a $75 shipping fee for parts they have in inventory in their own warehouse, which is in the same small building as the shop and office. When I asked about that charge I was told "Well, we had to pay to have the part shipped here when we bought it." What? The people who work in the office and one of the field techs were nice and often helpful, but that is the only good thing I can think of to say. The owners of DNI Heating do not give a crap about their customer. You will be nothing more than a transaction to them.
