They also have really great communication! We got texts when the store was going to be closed & when items were found in the park. Mind you we had our rv park there threw the year but we only stayed 3 or 4 wks every 4 months . So we weren't there all the time at first it was 700 a month with wifi included and ele was 25cents per killerwatts that adds up pretty quick by the time we decided to leave they were charging our card 900 a mo th and pre charge for months we were staying cause they put t our card on auto pay becareful of that . Tennessee has plenty of other rv camps that are alot cheaper

A perfect example of their scrupulous honesty is my vehicles air conditioner. I was certain there was a leak and it turned out that I hadn't been using enough Freon to properly charge the system.
