I would really like a manager to contact me on how they can possibly make things right! My partner is in a wheel chair and relies on this service to get to and from medical appointments. I can not recall all the times that they have failed him. Last year they abandoned him at an appt and he had to wait hours to get picked up. Last week an idiot driver locked their keys on the van and he had to cancel a dentist appt and reschedule a month and a half later. To top it off, just today the driver drove right past him and is still heading into the wrong state. He will miss a pre op surgical appointment now and gave to cancel the surgery. This is unacceptable! It's a joke that insurance companies use their services. Laughable! Negligent hiring practices.

I messaged him and he claimed he gave us the "new party bus that they recently purchased" and made it seem like he did us a favor because it's a 35 passenger and he didn't charge "extra". I would NOT have paid for this bus. I told him that I felt he should have told me that we were getting a different bus than what we signed up for but he didn't seem to care.
