I also want to offer this gently: medical and dental offices are run by people, and people are not perfect. Schedules can run late. Communication can break down. Stressful days happen. That doesn't erase frustration--but it also doesn't mean every patient will have the same experience. I went in looking for care, not conflict, and that's exactly what I received. I walked in right on time, they gave me service right away. I filled out a couple of forms pretty quick. I saw a lot of comments in insurance issues. I had previously checked with my insurance company to see my coverage which showed no problems but i asked the front desk attendant to double check that i am covered and she called right away with no complains or issues (or sass that i typically get by healthcare companies in syracuse) so i really appreciated that interaction The doctor then came in poked my teeth for a second and looked at the xrays and told me in my front tooth i need a root canal and crown. I asked to see why shes saying that and she was being weird. I came into her office in pain unable to eat, and I left her office still in pain, with no relief, no antibiotics, a charge, and a referral in hand. I'm not sure if she knew at that point she injured my tooth and did not want to admit to it, but the specialist she sent me to seemed to hint that the filling she did was the "root" of my problem.
