On first sight, if you're a big 6'3 guy like I am, you're afraid to walk too carelessly as to avoid…read moreknocking anything over. It's got a lot going on inside and things are stacked just anywhere. That said, guy knows his stuff. I listen to shortwave radio as a hobby. I've been to a few specialty amateur radio stores looking for gear and while they got cool radio stuff, shortwave listening just isn't on their radar. He knew exactly what I was looking for and sold me a good portable radio for $40 less than Amazon or eBay. Also had some lower priced shortwave radios if you're another odd duck like me interested in the hobby. He sells external antennas for them as well. He's got all kinds of odds and ends. What if the board fails and it needs to be replaced? What if the battery that sits below the board needs to be replaced? Do I break the glue seals? What professional would do it that way? Dude you could have just told me you didn't have any or didn't want to sell me them instead of getting angry and cursing at me.
