Welp, I said I wouldn't be returning here. But my brother wanted to go and offered to pay, so I was in lol! I was hoping for a better food experience, but I have to leave my rating at 3 stars. Let me start by saying that the service was great! We made reservations and our table was ready (with water on it) when we arrived. Our waitress was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the menu and very personable. The booth that we sat in was a bit tight and cramped. There were only 3 of us, so I can't imagine how 4 people would make it work. Now on to the food. They gave us complimentary rolls. At initial sight, I thought they were burnt...but in actuality, they were perfect with a hint of sweetness. The accompanying garlic butter sauce made them even better. We ended up getting more rolls when the food came and they were not as brown as the first ones and not as good either. We started with the Fried Oysters Melanieand Shrimp & Jalapeno Poppersas appetizers. They were both decent and the shrimp in the poppers were really fresh. For my entrée, I had the Shrimp and Grits. The grits had great flavor and texture, the andouille sausage was tasty, but the shrimp was a letdown. The whole dish sat in a pool of grease. By this point we were full, so we ordered the White Chocolate Bread Pudding to go. The bread pudding was bland and the white chocolate sauce was really watery and lacking flavor. To sum things up, the food is average at best. That's not a bad thing, but for the price, it's not worth it. If this place were to move their price point down some, I would probably visit regularly.

Try the sangria. The food here is good but I think some of it is over priced. I ended up getting crawfish cakes, gumbo and grits. The cakes were awesome... you get two huge crawfish cakes and they are most filling. The sauce on the too so good. The grits and gumbo were both good but should had more for the price. The staff was nice and friendly . The setup reminds me of a good date

Sat down for a couple of drinks. Some of the most well crafted cocktails I've had anywhere in the world. Don the Bartender is the MAN! What a pleasant surprise for this small town. Mojito, Daiquiri, and Margarita were all perfection. You will not go wrong here if you like a good cocktail.

Had a great time dining with my family. I had the filet with fried shrimp and loaded baked potato. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu, and she was very attentive to our needs! Will definitely be back!

Surprisingly nice for Greenville, great service and food. Cocktails were excellent too.

This place is outstanding. Big group loved the stuffed mushrooms to start. My Caesar salad had amazing greens and filet was perfection.

This place is outstanding. Big group loved the stuffed mushrooms to start. My Caesar salad had amazing greens and filet was perfection. It is tough to make it in the Delta but if you are within striking distance, you must make it a regular. I hope to get there at least once on each trip to Greenville. Ate there after the marathon (although I only ran the 5K race) but it was all spot-on. Enjoyed talking to the proprietor and really wish you guys the very best. Sorry this did not post with the picture and truly hope anyone within 90 miles will support this fantastic restaurant in a great remodeled old building downtown.

Found this place because I wanted to go to Mighty Miss Brewery. Brewery does not serve food but allowed to bring food in. So glad we came in, the place is very nice and the ambience is wonderful. Live music was nicely done, sat two chairs from them and the volume was not overwhelming. staff is friendly and attentive. The Bar is one of the most well stocked and organized bar I've been to, I mean all the way to the drink garnishes and accompaniments. It's a very beautiful bar. The bartenders (Don & Theresa) are wonderful. Don is an amazing mixologist and loves his craft, was cool to watch his process. If you like bourbon cocktails, ask for Nobody. Now, for the food, I didn't get to try much but had the Boudin Bites which were tasty, stuffed mushrooms (delicious), grilled shrimp pasta (very good) and the Crawfish Mac n Cheese....wow, this was much better than I expected. It's a huge portion of ooey gooey cheesy crawfish deliciousness!!!! Was there Friday & Saturday night and we ordered it both nights. So, if you're in Greenville, this place is a must try. I will definitely be back when in the area. I don't care if we're staying in Cleveland or Indianola :)

OMG... I wish this restaurant was in Orange Park, FL! First was the rolls... so light and buttery! Then we started out with the stuffed mushrooms... the best stuffed mushrooms we have ever had! Followed by the entree... a 10 oz filet, cooked to perfection... I have to say that it is a tie with the filet I had at Ruth Chris... maybe even a flight edge. The loaded baked potato was excellent (as excellent as a baked potato can be) also. Our server, Paulette, was phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant, the food and the service. We will definitely be back if ever in this area again. Make sure you make reservations!

The Experience: They ran a little behind schedule, and the service felt a bit rushed and impersonal once they arrived. Sauces and condiments weren't automatically offered -- I had to ask. The order flow could use some work as well; tickets weren't being honored in sequence, which meant one of my coworkers waited nearly an hour for her food. We waited on her before eating, so everything was lukewarm by the time we dug in -- which probably didn't do the food any favors. The Food: The crawfish bites and shrimp didn't quite hit the mark for me -- they tasted a little closer to store-bought than made-from-scratch. The fries were just okay, and the wings were nothing to write home about. That said, several folks in our group enjoyed the fish, so that may be the safer bet if you visit. The Star of the Show: The 122 sauce -- now that was something special. Flavorful, bold, with the most delightful little pepper bits throughout. Honestly, they should put that sauce front and center and let it do the talking. It's the kind of thing that could make you a loyal customer. With some improvements to timing, service, and consistency, 122 could really shine. I hope they keep refining -- that sauce alone tells me the potential is there. I'm glad it was a beautiful day for the long wait.

Food was great, love the color scheme of the restaurant, and great service! Will certainly be back…read morewith more family. Only thing I wish were there hours were more convenient.

Doe's, you were everything I'd hoped you would be…read more I love me some Doe's Eat Place. I have been to locations in Biloxi, Baton Rouge, and Monroe. Hell, I go to Doe's in Monroe every single time I am in Monroe. When I would profess my love for Doe's to my Mississippi friends they would always tell me: "you have to go to the Greenville location. It's the original". I figured they were right but also figured I would never be in Greenville since there are not many things to do there. But 2025 was the year that I finally made it here. We made a special stop on the way to Eureka Springs. It was everything I had hoped and I absolutely loved it. You must know that this is the original location and it is not fancy on the outside or the inside. Parking is mostly on the street and the neighborhood seems a wee bit sketchy. The building looks like an old house from the outside. Needless to say, the kids were skeptical and wondered why their dad drug them here. That continued when we walked in to the kitchen, walked through the other kitchen, and were seated in one of the rooms. One of the kids said: "I feel like I am dining at someone's house". Exactly. This place is famous! All skepticism was washed away when we got our food. A ribeye and fries for me and a fillet and fries for them to share. Both were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and made this Doe's fan grin from ear to ear. It was a great meal I will remember forever. Was it cheap? Definitely not. For two entrees, a beer, and a tea, it was around $200 with a tip. Was it worth it to me? Hell yes. I freakin loved it. Is it worth a drive from New Orleans just to eat here? Probably not. Should you divert a road trip to eat here? Absolutely. By the way, service was exactly as you would expect. Super friendly and we were treated like regulars despite it being our first time. Also, there was a cop working outside so don't be scared.
