For my second appointment, I waited an hour and 10 minutes. The wait time can be very long, so please keep that in mind. They were also missing important test results that were absolutely sent to them by my OB, because that is how they accepted me -- based on these test results. Luckily, I was able to pull them up on my phone. Make sure they have everything they are supposed to have records wise, and if they don't make sure they get them.

My Dr had some concerns but he said that it's too early for considering something bad...so it was supposed to be regular Ultrasound..When I came over there I met Generic Counselor Amanda H. before US..She told about ALL options they have. AND it was SOOO SCARY!!!You know CVS, Amniocentesis and so on...and I was crying, I was TERRIFIED!!! AND then she said they gonna do AMNIOCENTESIS to me TODAY without warning me!!! And THE MOST IMPORTANT that SHE WAS NOT SURE AND THEY DID NOT DO ANY SCREENING AT THIS POINT AND SHE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT ME!!!Can you imagine how I Felt...By the way, I passed through IVF treatment and just God knows how difficult it was...and after this SHE JUST SCARED ME TO DEATH by saying that my baby can have Generic problem WITHOUT CHECKING ANYTHING!!! Believe it or Not...after screening....they ALL told me...MY BABY IS PERFECT...all measurements was totally NORMAL!!! So I just warn you guys NOT TO LEASTEN AND NOT TO DO EVERYTHING WHAT THEY PUSH YOU!!! Because NOT EVERY WOMAN MUST HAVE THIS PROCEDURES!!!AND you must Know that Amniocentesis and CVS usually can be appointed in very Special cases and after a lot of tests before. Checking in with Joy was always such a pleasure, she's awesome and the medical assistant, Coriyana, has such an amazing personality, I can always count on her to give me a good laugh! My wonderful midwives, Katie and Kristen, were absolutely awesome and definitely made my first-time experience as a mom a breeze. They listened to me and responded to any questions or concerns i had throughout the pregnancy! Checking out with Zikeriya was always a great experience too, she's so sweet! Every single person was so kind, welcoming, and personable. Katie delivered my baby, and she was there for me the entire time, from helping me through my contractions unmedicated to delivering my baby. She was so encouraging and supportive throughout the entire experience. Although I experienced some complications during delivery, she handled everything so well. She respected and followed my birth plan as much as possible while making sure my baby and I were safe. I never felt like my wishes were dismissed or ignored, and I truly appreciated how she navigated everything with such care. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the care we received throughout my entire pregnancy and delivery. We truly appreciate each and every one of you and are so grateful to have had such a wonderful team during such a special time in our lives as first-time parents!

There were several mistakes that took place on her part and I wound up in the ER. She never notified me that she messed up my procedure even tho the had my pathology report in hand. I work in Healthcare and I cannot believe she is still allowed to practice and has her license. If I can save even one person from going through the hell I went through, then I've done my job. Please take care of yourselves and your babies and do not go to this doctor. She's going to cost someone their life or their babies life.

I have not been seen in almost 3 months due to them only seeing "high risk" patients meanwhile my pregnancy would've taken a turn the past few months and my baby could be hurting. But how would I know? I called 3 times the past week and couldn't get ahold of them once. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. The drs could care less about you.
