I was literally at the salon from 1:15 pm until 8:20 pm. My hair was ruined by a hairdresser that does not care that she doesn't have the correct product to color hair. She uses what she has! That is OK in some arenas, but you don't mess around when you are dealing with someone's appearance. I ended up with patches I would describe as 'copper-penny' color as well as moss green. When the color did not 'lift' but instead turned orange (because she admittedly used what she had instead of what SHOULD be used), first she used a brush and painted the mixture on the entire 2-inch line of where she parted my hair and then rubbed it in all over my hair with her fingers. Still big orange patchy areas. Next she used a toner and changed a lot of my processed hair green. Then she did a Malibu treatment (which did remove the moss-green color) and we were back to the bright copper color. Noticing the situation, a wonderful hairdresser named Tracy stepped in and offered to take all the time necessary to FIX my hair. Melissa could not figure out why I would not let her try to fix it...again! DO NOT let Melissa touch your hair! Tracy worked to fix my hair from 3:20-8:20 pm. Also, it was her day off, and she would not accept any pay for all she did. Tracy is very talented, and without her help, I would have been lost! I wish I could post photos of the whole process.

And the group they have working there is the best the owner John, is the funniest guy I've ever met and his brother is real funny too. I lost 4" in length, plus she damaged the entire hair shaft so much so, about 1/4 of my hair fell out overall. She bleached on roots the same all the way down hair shaft, and fried my hair. I have since been trying to regain what she ruined and it will not grow unless I cut it almost entirely off. Which I won't do. It's never grown back to the length it was. Not to mention the hideous foil lines all over the back of my head. I contacted the stylist immediately after it happened sending pictures of the broken off hair chunks around my face... they broke off at 2-3" down from my head... where the bleach was overlapped.... She refused to refund me except a small partial refund, I believe $50... and after asking to speak with owners they never called me back and avoided me. I should have sued but let this be a lesson to anyone who wants bleach service done here.
