I am glad none of the other contractors got back to me because I couldn't be happier with the work and performance of the contractor/this company. Communication from the get go was excellent starting from New Years Day when I first reached out. Always responded quickly. I have had some really bad experiences in the past with contractors (especially drywall) and my husband is extremely picky so I was very nervous! I will definitely use this company again for any future work and highly recommend them. Alfredo Reyes is who did our work. He did speak very little English, but the only time we really needed to communicate (confirming arrival time for the next day) we texted the company and they answered immediately, so that was a non-issue. Alfredo was friendly, always on time and cleaned up very well. The job was completed quickly and on time. The price for the job was also very reasonable. Very, very pleased.

He can do it all- plumbing, electrical, construction, painting, landscape. And he does it with skill and attention to detail. The guy doesn't cut corners, and that's a BIG deal in this industry. His communication is top notch. (His wife helps in this area and she is thorough and pleasant.) He renovated a 100-year-old home for us and made what could have been a stressful experience an actual joy. We had worked with other contractors prior, and half the time they didn't show up, did shoddy work or told us we needed repairs we did not need (to the tune of thousands). Honesty is everything, and for that reason these are my go to guys.

I would have happily paid another company a couple extra hundred dollars to not have my property damaged. We had some siding replaced and soffits, and both were treated as an after thought. They left my driveway with huge gouges from the dumpster, and a big dent in the case of our brand new heating and air unit. When asked about the damage all I got was "Oh I'm sorry to hear about that." So too bad for me I guess. The siding guys were finishing up when I paid the owner and asked that they caulk around some of the siding with big gaps. He said "no problem"... took the money and his guys were gone before he was out of our culdesac. No caulking. I also had informed him that I was having more work done and needed access to the back yard (tree removal and privacy fence). It took nearly a week for me to get them to take their pallet of unused materials from blocking the way to the back yard, and just hours before the tree guys were scheduled to show up. The moral of the story = roof ok, any thing else go another way.

In the messages before confirming everything, I let him know I had high ceilings and also sent pix for reference. Now, I definitely understand that it can be hard to tell the scope of a job off of a photo but I did let him know that it had high ceilings. So here's the issue with that - we agreed to one price and when he got here to paint I guess it was way bigger than he understood and asked if I'd be okay with adding $100 to the job. I was taken aback a bit because my budget wasn't to exceed a certain amount, but I needed to get the area painted. While he was here, he had to go to the hardware store twice. One trip - fine, but two is a little confusing because I would think everything needed would have been brought and/or bought the first time. The whole job took about 3-4 hours and initially I was happy with the work. Really, the job looked like it was done well and he offered to put two coats on but I declined as it was getting late. But as I began to put more things away and look closer, I saw light patches of wall that weren't fully covered, paint on trim, dried droplets above entryways, and the section of my window panes was left unpainted. I know painting is a daunting task, especially for high walls, but for the price I paid finding these things was really disappointing.
