But the reason I am writing this review is because of how Charles, the owner, handled himself when had a scheduling conflict came up that impacted my appointment. He called me..apologized...took ownership of the mistake and pressured washed and cleaned my fence for free. I worked with Charles at Stain N Seal to have a new privacy fence stained. He was very flexible on scheduling with me (I had to adjust the scheduled staining date due to my schedule) and even came out a couple of times to assess various options because our fence is placed directly against a neighbor's chain-link fence.
