The sides available are, chips, pasta salad, potato salad, corn salad and green salad. What did I get? I got a jalapeño pimento cheese sandwich. It was good and filled me up as I am about to pop.

After another five minutes, they realized my food had already been bagged and sitting in the call-in order staging area for over 30 minutes. At that point, I requested a refund. The lack of organization was frustrating, but what made it worse was the staff's attitude--I was treated as if I had done something wrong for asking. One employee was sitting in the lobby on break eating, while another was conversing with a customer. Overall, poor customer service and management with zero sense of urgency. Won't be returning.

My sister went in and ordered the sandwich while I shopped so I don't even know what was all on it. We also had the sweet potato fries which were perfectly crisp and seasoned! I will say it took a while so don't expect subway slap smear and wrap when you come here. Perfection takes time and it was so worth it. I am from Greenwood but live in Houston.
