I took the day off of work and waited all day for a no call no show. I have 4 children and I can't presently do laundry at home. This lead to me having to spend 3 hours at a Laundromat and spend $20 just to get caught up.

After not hearing anything for a month, I called him and was told it was "on back order". Another month goes by without hearing anything. Finally he send a different tech out and alas, the wrong part. When I called again to find out the status, I was told they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. Finally we called again and stated if they couldn't give us a repair time, we would have to use somebody else. Once again, no response from them. I would NOT recommend using this service at all.
