He stated he was heading out of town and he put me on "the books." When that appointment time came he was a no show. I left repeated phone messages, and I have yet to hear from him. Hoping you have better luck with him than I did. In my opinion, he did not want to work on my appliance. My speculation is just that, he either did not know how to help me with my Fisher & Paykel Dish drawer, or he did not want to come to my RV @ Massacre Rocks State Park. BUYER BEWARE!! 5 days waiting on a part for my dryer and…read moreservice man shows up, i am happy to see him, and i greet him friendly, but he is old and very grumpy. Thats ok, he confirms the part we need but immediately starts complaining about the work that usually takes him 20 minutes will take much longer and needs approval. So he proceeds to call the office. on and off the phone ad for probably another 20 minutes (not working) complains of how much work it will be ...on and on... i try and even offer to put it together myself if he puts the part in(NO), i offered to pay extra(NO), then after more complaining and moaning, he starts in on me saying that i may have worked on this dryer improperly and sparks were flying... some crazy story. I stopped being nice and said "there were no sparks and the FN dryer was not plugged in" (while we were on video w the insurance service man). That was it. He said "i do not feel comfortable here with you cursing so i am leaving". At first i thought i really offended him, and even apologized. my conclusion: 1. incompetent: job too hard and too complicated for him?, 2. old, UNGODLY and lazy, with no work ethic? *3. He created this drama on purpose so he didnt have to work, and still get paid? *My definition of a service call scam is: someone taking your money and not providing any service. I have insurance and I prepaid the service call of $125, he finds an excuse to leave or overcharge the insurance company they deny my claim and service man gets away with $125 and NO WORK! and the company will not call me back. not sure if the owner is aware of this practice or cares?? I received an email confirmation that stated they would call me the day before to confirm and the day of to give me a more narrow time. I received no call on either day and by noon I decided to reach out to them. Nobody answered so I left a voicemail that was never returned. I took the day off of work and waited all day for a no call no show. I have 4 children and I can't presently do laundry at home. This lead to me having to spend 3 hours at a Laundromat and spend $20 just to get caught up.
