Most definitely a memorable experience, but not in a good way. When I entered the yard, the first impressions were not spectacular. Smashed windows, broken weatherboard, but at least the cars were shiny. After taking a test drive and letting them know the engine light was on, we reluctantly agreed to buy on the proviso that the issue creating the error was fixed (they were adamant it was a simple sensor fault or weak battery from being in the yard "happens all the time"). After a week and a half and two trips to the mechanic it was found to have a timing chain fault. They sent it to be fixed, and on the 2nd Friday (2 weeks after paying for the car), they called us and informed us that it was in the yard waiting for us. We arrived expecting to take delivery, only to find no car and "the boss" on the phone telling me another major fault had been found. I demanded a refund, which they begrudgingly processed while carrying on amongst themselves in another language. After leaving I left a 2-star review on Facebook, and within an hour was receiving numerous threats unless I removed the review. On closer inspection, all the reviews on Facebook belonged to employees and family members. They then deleted the review anyway and blocked me from their page.
