Was very happy with the car we got, was in great condition and had a detailed log book with it. A couple of days before Christmas driving a few suburbs from home and something went wrong. It is a manual and suddenly it wasn't going into gear. Pulled over and contacted roadside assistance (they took +2 hours but that's another story). It was a Saturday afternoon and needed to tow it to a mechanic that was open (most weren't open being a Saturday arvo). We checked our contract and it was a couple of days past the warranty! We called the bloke up who sold it to us. He said we could have it towed to their shop and the mechanic who certified it would have a look on the Monday. Seemed like our only choice. Behind the scenes they got a hold of the mechanic straight away and he was ready to arrive and look at it that afternoon! By some Christmas miracle, the problem was not major. They managed to fix it for us that afternoon and they honoured the contract despite it being a few days. That's right. Just goes to show what a good bloke the guy is who runs the joint. Highly recommended for the great after service we were provided with!

Smashed windows, broken weatherboard, but at least the cars were shiny. After taking a test drive and letting them know the engine light was on, we reluctantly agreed to buy on the proviso that the issue creating the error was fixed (they were adamant it was a simple sensor fault or weak battery from being in the yard "happens all the time"). After a week and a half and two trips to the mechanic it was found to have a timing chain fault. They sent it to be fixed, and on the 2nd Friday (2 weeks after paying for the car), they called us and informed us that it was in the yard waiting for us. We arrived expecting to take delivery, only to find no car and "the boss" on the phone telling me another major fault had been found. I demanded a refund, which they begrudgingly processed while carrying on amongst themselves in another language. After leaving I left a 2-star review on Facebook, and within an hour was receiving numerous threats unless I removed the review. On closer inspection, all the reviews on Facebook belonged to employees and family members. They then deleted the review anyway and blocked me from their page. Avoid these guys at all costs.
