Almost 10 days later and still no effort by the dealership to provide a refund! The first excuse was the accounting person was on vacation. Because it was late and we live three hours away, Jeff suggested completing the paperwork through e-signature. While reviewing the documents, we discovered a $2,000 increase from the agreed price. We immediately stopped the signing process due to this discrepancy. Despite us not completing or approving the final numbers, the paperwork was submitted without our signatures reflecting the correct agreed-upon amount. We gave Jeff and the dealership three weeks to correct the issue before writing this review, but nothing was resolved. This experience has caused serious concerns about transparency and integrity in the finance process. We are extremely disappointed and would advise anyone working with Jeff to carefully review every document before signing.
