We were then told that it would be illegal to not refund it if we asked for a refund. We asked for the deposit to be documented as refundable as well. We decided not to buy the vehicle after the dealer old us the recall was completed approximately a week later. I immediately asked for a full refund. Almost 10 days later and still no effort by the dealership to provide a refund! The first excuse was the accounting person was on vacation. The latest is, they can't issue a refund without calling the card processing company. Complete B. S. Stay away! This place is definitely shady! I doubt we'll see a refund, so...

Because it was late and we live three hours away, Jeff suggested completing the paperwork through e-signature. While reviewing the documents, we discovered a $2,000 increase from the agreed price. We immediately stopped the signing process due to this discrepancy. Despite us not completing or approving the final numbers, the paperwork was submitted without our signatures reflecting the correct agreed-upon amount. We gave Jeff and the dealership three weeks to correct the issue before writing this review, but nothing was resolved. This experience has caused serious concerns about transparency and integrity in the finance process. We are extremely disappointed and would advise anyone working with Jeff to carefully review every document before signing.

And the garage area was blasting with Rap Music full of fowl language. Very unprofessional to say the least. I made a comment to the front desk girl about how loud the music was and she stated that is how the technicians like it and it keeps them happy. Wow! This music was very offensive. And is there no consideration for the customer, who is paying for a service and providing payment to the employees. So, I said nothing more, tolerated it and sat down in a filthy lounge area. The cleanest chair was full of food, hair and pure nastiness. After thirty minutes, I had to get on a conference call with a customer. To be courteous to other 'victims' in the waiting area, I went outside. It was even worse. There was no escaping this lovely set up. I proceeded to walk down the side of the building to go towards the back, where I could have a phone conversation. As I walked down the side of the building, it was a pleasant journey stepping over discarded trash and even a few dirty diapers. Fast forward, I had been waiting 2 1/2 hours at this point. Asked the front desk person what was going on with my car as it was just sitting the rack. Waiting a while longer. All this time I was waiting, I had ask to be told they could not remove the oil pan plug and were afraid the pan would crack. I suggested a lubricant like WD40. She laughed it off. But, guess what, google it. That is an option to attempt. Needless to say after a 4 hour stay at the most unhappy and disgusting place. I did not get an oil change. Usually the customer care expectations start at the top of the food chain. Brunswick Firestone is apparently lacking good management and no one cares about service, whether it happens or not. Firestone Corporate, you really need to take a good look at this store. BTW - This use to be my go to place. What is the world happened? Zero stars would be more appropriate.

I had my local mechanic to rebuild the front end on my Dodge Ram 2500 4wd pickup, using the Carli…read moredrag bar and rebuildable super heavy duty upper and lower ball joints, along with the Synergy "T-style" steering linkage assembly, and other front end parts, along with a heavy duty steering box and bracket, and a quality power steering pump. I needed to have the front end aligned, as I had spoke to Kendall Barnes, to find out if his shop could do this. Kendall told me, they could align anything. So I drove there, and being I didn't have an appointment, had to wait a short time, then they got me inside and on their alignment machine. Joe was the alignment 'tech', as he did a superb job, making sure the steering wheel was lined up correctly with wheels, taking his time to make sure it was done correctly. I would have waited all day, but Barnes had me in and out in less than a couple of hours. My truck now drives like a dream. I would highly recommend Barnes Tire on Community Road in Brunswick GA. Now need a new set of Nitto Dura Grappler 10 ply tires, as Barnes Tire can order these as well.

Thankfully, we were led by locals to Autocon, where owner Nilton Contreras (a 10-year Army medic vet and father of six) and his brothers were so kind. We had to leave the car with them, so Nilton took us and our belongings to a hotel in the next city, and then we rented a car for the remainder of the trip until we could back to Autocon to retrieve my Buick. These brothers are amazing and truly care about their customers as individuals. They replaced the Buick's valve cover gasket with Buick parts and had the car ready in three days. I wish them all the success they deserve and highly recommend Autocon for your auto servicing needs.

The car was having problems starting and we thought it needed a new battery. They said to bring it by so we said we would be there in 15 minutes. We got the car there at 3:00 PM on a Monday. They never looked at it. Tuesday come along and passes and they never looked at the car. Wednesday morning came and we told them we would come by and get the car. Luckily the car did start and we took it to a reputable mechanic who did look at Wednesday and said it simply needed a new battery. Car is fixed and back. This place lacks communication and should have said they were too busy to look at the car. The car is needed to get to work and back. Would not recommend for these reasons.
