I stopped by to make the return and was told I couldn't do so until noon when the supervisor arrived because it was a credit card transaction and he had to approve it. Inconvenient, but I said I would stop by on my way home then to try again. When I arrived the cashier looked at me and said he just left so again I couldn't make the return. I told him that it was ridiculous that I had to keep coming back and he proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I had come just before closing time and also that I should have paid in cash and this wouldn't be an issue. He was incredibly rude!! Since when is it the customer's fault that you can't provide appropriate services within your operating hours?! And I can pay however I want, that's why you have a debit terminal! AWFUL!

I missioned it up to PC World on Saturday as the other PCWorld's in the city were closed. It is a huge store! Mega store next to a huge Tesco Extra and the new IKEA! The whole park is a relatively new instalment and due to the amount of space the shops are huge and the parking is extensive. The shop assistance were so helpful! They informed me that they had a number that I should call that would fix my screen and return it to me within the week! They also fixed my camera and gave me a run through of how to use it properly! You will be pleased to know the name of the business was Main Computers and they were also extremely helpful!

It is absolutely disastrous, please train your staffs, they look grumpy, sad, untidy. It is either they hate their Manager or they hate the company. I have been to other branches where the staffs trade the business with high standard. I reserved an item for upto 4 hrs and it wasn't kept aside, the silly counter staff walked away to go fetch the TV while Bare customers waited for her to safely transport herself back. This isn't the first time I had reserved item, but the staffs in there are highly irresponsible. Simples.!!!!!!

We don't experience this very often nowadays and I would give 9 million stars, if I could. I was greeted by a gentleman, as soon as I approached the counter. After less than a minute, he was already on the shop floor explaining about the variety of Androids he had for sale. I was looking for a phone and, being one of those annoying customers who don't understand a thing about those products, I felt so looked after by this incredibly kind man. He was pointing at different phones, prices and highlighting the features of each product. As if this was not already good enough, I mentioned I had an issue with my phone an he said immediately he could have a look at it. After calling VIRGIN 9 times asking for help, I was sure nobody else would be able to sort out the issue. How astonished I was, when he gave me my phone back and everything was up and running. He did (in a matter of minutes), what nobody could do in days. An absolute legend ! I do not know if he is the Manager there, but his name is Jonathan and I am extremely grateful for his assistance and for his fantastic customer service. Such an asset to team !!!! I went to CEX because of a lost phone. I was in need of a quick replacement to get in touch with…read moremy elderly family abroad. I bought a Nokia phone with a Virgin SIM after the clerk told me that it was unlockable at CeX. Thinking that I could unlock the phone with CeX, I went ahead and purchased the phone. Only to find out later that CeX DOES NOT unlock this type of phone. Now I am stuck with a phone that I cannot even use. On top of that, they took the SIM card back so I'm stuck without that as well. I went back for two days in a row to try and fix the situation. Finally, I decided to go to some local phone shops just to get a proper explanation. They were quick to let me know.... I got a a raw deal and that only a fool would buy a phone like that. This has left me emotionally distraught as I can't get in touch with my family. They told me both SIM cards were not being read, both motherboards were useless, needed to replace both phones. They "tried" a new SIM in each, put them in upside down. It turned out to be a local mast problem, fixed later in the day while I was wondering about their advice. This is preposterous, 2 new phones could have cost me £1000, their s0-called advice was useless, wrong and seemingly self-serving. How can staff in a phone shop not know how to put in a SIM? Absolutely never again.

There are many TVs in the back to choose from and most of them are the new Bravia type. I had my eye on a 40" which had been reduced by 200 pounds. In fact most of the stuff in this shop was on sale when I visited. They had a really neat ipod mixing deck for 400.00 which was playing the music that you hear when you enter the store. They also sell the Vaio computers which you can try out in the store. All in all, everything Sony!
