During my appointment on Tuesday, April 28 at 10 am in Flower Mound, I encountered a technician who was not only unprofessional but refused to verify the medication she was injecting into my body. I will NOT be returning. Upon entering, she complained about the cleanliness of the room, which felt like an inappropriate critique of her colleagues in front of a patient. When she asked which shot I was receiving, I took a moment to check my records. She appeared frustrated and abruptly left the room. When she returned with a pre-filled syringe, she did not verify the medication name with me. When I tried to confirm that it was the "Skinny Shot" and asked for the specific name of the medication, she interrupted me and refused to answer, repeatedly asking only "right or left?" for the injection site. Because she refused to communicate or confirm what was in the syringe, I left feeling unsure if the medication was even administered correctly. I have canceled all future appointments. I expect a basic level of professional courtesy and transparency regarding the treatments I am paying for, neither of which were provided here.

I originally went in for the 4 weeks IV hydration regimen designed to help with weight loss and immunity. It required one day of an infusion and another day of IV shots ..per week. The place is cozy and comfortable. It is very clean and meticulous. Apart from being seated in a comfortable recliner and being offered refreshments, I noticed how organized and meticulous the staff were. The clinic is owned by a doctorate-level nurse practitioner and other workers include nurses going through grad school. I have very hard veins and I appreciate the patience of the staff there. Ironically, I am also very afraid of needles so was a bit dramatic; but they were also understanding. I did 2 weeks of the 4 weeks regimen. The reason for stopping was because of personal issues. However, during the 2 weeks of the weight loss regimen, my summer shorts were falling off my waist and my clothes noticeably looser. Also, I had an incredible level of energy and stamina which I didn't have before and a blunted appetite. I could go for a day without eating just because I wasn't even thinking of it. Also, I was able to wean off my daily Starbucks addiction of chocolate croissant and white chocolate mocha. I intend to go back and complete this regimen and also look into the other options they offer once I sort out the personal issues that prevented me from completing it. I hope this review can help someone who is not only struggling with weight issues but also needs help with immunity, exhaustion and even performance endurance.

I have chosen to accept the excellent advice to get better by digging deeper into the root causes of each of my medical conditions. This advice included receiving IV Therapy two times a week for 12 weeks and maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle. The entire team at LifeStream is phenomenal! They go out of their way to ensure that every stone is unturned and each possibility is researched to understand the full picture of the health of their patients. From Susan and her excellent team of nurses to the front office team to the lab techs, each one makes it a point to get to know the patient and to assist them. Very few health and medical offices put the patient first these days. LifeStream does. Every patient. Every day.

    My wife had her annual appointment here in January. She checked the self pay rate before scheduling…read moresince we were paying cash. Before she left, she paid the entire bill. A few weeks went by and we started receiving bills from Quest diagnostics. The bills were not small. She called Quest who told her she had to speak with Lifestream. She spoke with Lifestream who told her she should not be receiving a bill because she paid in full. We continued to get bills. Every month we repeated the same dance. Every month we were told we shouldn't be receiving a bill. She messaged Susan Harris herself who assured us she would personally take care of this. It's the very end of June and we received yet another bill saying it is past due. This isn't rocket science, it's not even as difficult as traditional medical billing where you have to go back and forth with insurance to get paid. This was a cash payment. Simple. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they can't handle something as simple as a cash payment, I'm not sure how they could even begin to handle the complexities of treating patients. My wife and I are so disappointed in the lack of care we have received from this office.
