Despite the business's public reply asking me to email them, they have completely ignored my outreach. It's clear their 'customer service' is just for appearances. During my appointment on Tuesday, April 28 at 10 am in Flower Mound, I encountered a technician who was not only unprofessional but refused to verify the medication she was injecting into my body. I will NOT be returning. Upon entering, she complained about the cleanliness of the room, which felt like an inappropriate critique of her colleagues in front of a patient. When she asked which shot I was receiving, I took a moment to check my records. She appeared frustrated and abruptly left the room. When she returned with a pre-filled syringe, she did not verify the medication name with me. When I tried to confirm that it was the "Skinny Shot" and asked for the specific name of the medication, she interrupted me and refused to answer, repeatedly asking only "right or left?" for the injection site. Because she refused to communicate or confirm what was in the syringe, I left feeling unsure if the medication was even administered correctly. I have canceled all future appointments. I expect a basic level of professional courtesy and transparency regarding the treatments I am paying for, neither of which were provided here. read more

Went in for full forehead Botox and Filler for Marionette Lines. Filler was placed in nasal folds vs m lines. (First time getting filler, was told this would pull up m lines.) Two weeks later appeared as nothing had been done. Went back and was offered 10 units for free with purchase of additional 20 more at special rate. Nothing offered for botched filler. One month later Botox is already wearing off. Staff is super friendly, but will not return. read more

Let me start off my review by acknowledging that the staff at this location, were so very friendly! I went in to take advantage of the dysport special, back in October 2020. It was recommended that I get 120cc of dysport for my forehead. I've never used that much when I've had the procedure done at other places, so the PA and I settled on 90cc. After two weeks, I had to go back to get more dysport and and drop another few hundred dollars. After another two weeks, I had to go back again, as there wasn't much improvement. After a consultation with the PA and another PA on site, they decided to inject botox into the areas were there wasn't much change. The small amount worked somewhat and I was told, if that didn't work to come back in, and they would do a touch up, that would be my third return visit.. After a few weeks there was some improvement.But honestly, it was the holidays and I didn't want to stop by for another visit. Press forward to January 2021, the wrinkles are back. I've never had this poor of results from injections. Time to really do my research and reviews of best places for Dysport/botox injection. Sadly, I will not be returning to this facility for further treatment. read more

Emily's medical aesthetic ability as an RN is the best I have experienced. I started this whole injectable thing when I was 44. I am now in my mid 60's, & still plan on continuing this beauty regimen until the surgical knife becomes a better alternative to achieve my look. I have lived in several areas of the US & Texas & recently moved to the Flower Mound, Lantana area. My previous injector was a physician. I decided to try someone new as the last time I left his office I looked like a platypus & was horrified. Emily is thoughtful, explains everything in advance after a detailed assessment of my desires & what is realistic with different fillers. She also taught me about different fillers what they do, length of time they will 'last' & made recommendations. She is skilled & has an eye for her injection technique, which is a big deal!. She is very careful and asks all appropriate questions. This type of beauty treatment is a big deal for women & we all know it.
