Unfortunately, the service was not done properly. Multiple areas were missed, the technique was rough (including re-waxing the same sensitive area), and I left with significant irritation and bumps. I'm 15 weeks pregnant, and I had chosen this spa specifically because I wanted to feel safe and confident in the provider's experience. I reached out afterward and was offered a "touch-up," but with the irritation I experienced, it didn't feel safe to continue. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected, and I'm really disappointed given the spa's previous reputation.

Until now, the massage quality and overall experience had been good, and we consistently tipped well, typically $100 per massage therapist. We had a last-minute situation come up and missed our scheduled couples massage. Afterward, Aquarius charged us a total of $720, split into two separate transactions: $300 and $420. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies. However, charging loyal monthly clients $720 after one missed appointment feels excessive, aggressive, and completely out of proportion to the situation. For us, this destroyed the goodwill they had built over months of repeat business. We will not be returning. I am filing complaints with the appropriate agencies in Missouri and I would strongly caution others to be very careful before doing business with Aquarius Health & Wellness. I also have serious concerns about their card-on-file and customer data practices. Since they were able to charge our card after the missed appointment, customers should ask how their payment information is being stored, who has access to it, and whether Aquarius Health & Wellness is properly following applicable data security and payment card compliance standards. The massage experience itself was previously good. The way this was handled was not.

Upon walking in, I couldn't help but notice the aesthetic. The salon is immaculate, the floors were shiny and clean, and it totally gives off the high-end vibe. After signing in, they confirmed what services I was getting and brought me back. The person doing my nails was Paige and she couldn't have been more pleasant. When we got started, she confirmed the design and then suggested I get the gel builder vs gel-x and gave her reasons why. During the process she was extremely attentive, making sure I was satisfied with each step before moving on. Everything was fine and then it came time for the design. She nailed it on the first time! There were no struggles, hesitations, or sighs. She did everything with ease and was able to mimic the design the best out of all the other salons I've been to. Once she was finished, Olivia brought me over and did my pedicure. She was amazing and also super friendly. The massage chair was heaven and easily one of the best I've had whilst getting a pedicure. Overall, I was beyond pleased for my first time at the salon. While the prices are a tad higher than what I'm accustomed to paying, it does ring true you get what you pay for. She is a pro with brows too! She's so good at what she does that everyone wants to book her. So book early because she books up fast! I just left from getting a Brazilian yesterday. It had been 3 months since my last one. 3 MONTHS! Regulars know that you reallly need to have this done every 6 weeks. Not only is it best for maintenance, but it's also best for minimizing pain. The longer the hair, the more painful the Brazilian is. So it's an understatement to say that I was so very scared of "the pull". But I was utterly shocked when Zahra said she was finished with the front!! Finished??!! How?! I didn't even feel it! Zahra's technique is so advanced that she has mastered the art of pain-free waxing, even in "that" area! It's truly astounding!
