Unfortunately, the service was not done properly. Multiple areas were missed, the technique was rough (including re-waxing the same sensitive area), and I left with significant irritation and bumps. I'm 15 weeks pregnant, and I had chosen this spa specifically because I wanted to feel safe and confident in the provider's experience. I reached out afterward and was offered a "touch-up," but with the irritation I experienced, it didn't feel safe to continue. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected, and I'm really disappointed given the spa's previous reputation.

It had been 3 months since my last one. 3 MONTHS! Regulars know that you reallly need to have this done every 6 weeks. Not only is it best for maintenance, but it's also best for minimizing pain. The longer the hair, the more painful the Brazilian is. So it's an understatement to say that I was so very scared of "the pull". But I was utterly shocked when Zahra said she was finished with the front!! Finished??!! How?! I didn't even feel it! I was a little shocked when she said it would've $62, and I panicked and tapped my card anyway.
