When I reached out about it, a refund wasn't an option--so we had a choice: throw out $50 worth of food or eat it cold. We decided to eat it, and now my entire family has food poisoning. Absolutely unacceptable. While Uber Eats played a role in the terrible delivery experience, Fatburger chooses to partner with this service, so they're also responsible. If a business relies on a third-party delivery service, they should ensure it meets quality standards instead of leaving customers stuck with cold, unsafe food. Between the terrible delivery process and serious health issue, I won't be ordering from here again. Wouldn't recommend unless you enjoy waiting forever, eating cold food, and getting sick.

It was a double stack of smashed beef using fresh chuck/brisket of a 80/20 % blend and I could taste it was good quality beef. This burger consists of side bacon, back bacon, bourbon bacon jam, LOADED with crispy fried onions, and topped with lettuce, tomato and mustard. Easily one of the best Smash Burgers in Saskatchewan. Wouldn't change a thing. They deliver on their promise of big flavors and generous portions, so you definitely won't leave hungry. All of the ingredients are high quality, fresh, and locally sourced.
