Last few visits had liquidy blizzards this time they tried to upcharge a free item from rewards when the reward showed no exclusions I had left my wallet at home figuring item was free but manager wouldn't even comp the 52cents and proceeded to tell me she couldn't refund my reward and I had to choose a different flavor so I arrived home to my disappointed daughter with a vanilla shake that was more milk than shake Dairy Queen needs to do something about this location before it ruins the reputation in our area read more

Crispy onion burger was magnificent! The last time I saw my aunt was when she caught me having coitus with her sister. The ambience was amazing and the smell of the crispy onions was amazing and they compliment the burger so well. Would come back again, highly recommend. read more

Currently disappointed. I went in around 6:30 pm for a couple blizzards, there were 3 other people ahead of me, waiting for their food. I wait at least 15 minutes to order. But I didn't mind, since I know how hectic ice cream places can be on Saturday evenings in the summer. 6:50 rolls around, the 2 girls behind the counter finally get caught up, and I step up to order. "Sorry, we're closing the dining room early tonight. We're not taking any more orders." There were 2 of us still waiting to order. They closed over 2 hours early for an unknown reason. Hope management steps up their game, otherwise they may run this long-time Falls favorite and staple into the ground. read more

Very disappointed!! I got the 4pc chicken strip basket. The chicken was the size of my thumb. Got less then a hand full of fries. The only good the was my bread wasnt burnt. This place ALWAYS has had slow service. We try and avoid it because of that reason, but i decided to give them another try after at least a year! My kids and i had to wait for an appointment so we decided to go inside to eat. The first thing i saw was trash on the floor, dirty tables and messy counters. And can i add that our shoes were sticking to the floor! The first thing i smelled was SEWAGE!!!! My son wouldn't even use the bathroom it smelled so bad! I can say the food did not take as long as before, but it was all cold. My daughters chicken tenders were about 2 inches each. For the price, thats unacceptable. The kids working behind the counter didn't seem to know what they were doing and were not friendly. Today I went to Dairy Queen in Sheboygan Falls, a place I have been many times before. The food is always good, but not always hot. The food was defiantly fresh today, which was amazing. Sometime the service is very slow, but today the food was out just a few minutes after we sat down. The employees were very nice and really tried to make our experience as pleasurable as they could. Finally, their is not many things better than a Dairy Queen Blizzard to top off a great meal. I would recommend Dairy Queen in Sheboygan Falls to people visiting the area, but it is a dice roll on the speed of service. read more

Today I ordered a simple ice cream treat. I went through the drive-thru as it was a simple and fast order. Most drive-thru's are quick, right? Not here....from the time I ordered it took me 17 minutes to receive my sweet treat. There were 4 cars in front of me. Most drive-thru's these days have a drive-off area for larger orders which 3 of the 4 cars had. There is a drive-off parking area but no-one ahead of me were directed to do so to allow the car ahead of myself and me who had a single item order could move through the line quicker. In addition there are large grass plantings along the drive that are so overgrown which you can't avoid brushing your car against to get to the window. The building and pavement on the whole lot are in dis-repair. Don'[t plan to stop back to this store anytime soon. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff especially the "shift leader" was horrible, nasty, and rude. I can not believe she has a job that has to deal with customers! The wait to just ORDER the food was absolutely unbelievable long. Slow, crabby, unprofessional "shift leader" was just beyond rude. Food was cold when we got it. It probably was sitting there for 30 minutes (that's how long it took to get our food) I'll never go back. I'll drive to Plymouth before I'd ever go back here. If you have 20-25 minutes to waste on a burger and a drink only for them to get the order COMPLETELY wrong this is the place to go. My son and I went through the drive-through, they handed us and ice cream cone and asked us what else we were waiting for. How rude!
