They continuously overcharge (I checked with the rates at an other office for the same charges) and have inexperienced people manning their phones. It is obvious they only care about making money. My daughter was in quite a lot of pain with her wisdom teeth, they took an x-ray, and said two of them are coming in sideways and they needed to come out. The best they could do was offer her a consultation with a dentist in just over 3 weeks??!!! and that's just a consultation. Less than 24hrs later I had her booked in with an Oral Surgeon in NV and she had an appointment to have her wisdom teeth out the next day. Save your money and your time and do your research. There are a number of honest and reputable dentist out there for the right reasons. They also offered 'botox' to my 19 year old daughter if she ever wanted it!!

I was a patient for 11 years, until January 2015, went in for regular cleanings and check ups throughout each year and paid a lot of money for their services - both he and his assistant "overlooked" a dental condition that should have easily been noted years before it reached a critical stage. Neither he, nor his assistant, advised me about the condition nor that it had reached a critical point, with irreversible bone damage . . .When they finally noticed the condition - at a point where it couldn't be ignored - neither had the integrity to honestly advise me what the condition was, or how serious it had become. I am now in the care of a specialist, the cost to remedy this condition they both overlooked is going to be extremely painful and costly. Needless to say I have never returned to this office, have lost trust in his and his assistant's dental skills and integrity.

The front office staff helped me with my 8 wk old but rocking her while I filled out paper work and tried to manage my 21 month old. The hygenist and Dr. Shearon were amazing and kept both my daughter and I at ease through making the experience nothing short of a comfortable and very informative first dentist visit.
