They had to bring in staff from their Chaska office to staff other positions, too. I hate being surprised like this. I recently started getting dental work done here, so far I really like it…read more For me it's important to feel comfortable when seeing a dentist. While seeing others they were really pushy at selling products and services. I generally do like going to the dentist so that adds an extra layer of anxiety. They did try to sell/recommend a few services but if I declined they moved on. Everyone I encountered was nice and professional. I had 2 appts within like 2 weeks and I chose the earliest time right at open 7am. Both appts went smoothly. The first one went a bit long as I was a new patient and had to have imaging and X-rays done. I like the monitors in the rooms that show the visuals as they explain things. Overall I like the setup of the rooms. Hopefully things continue to go well.
