In the past, the office also canceled appointments and did not reschedule them in a timely manner, making it difficult to maintain consistent dental care. Most recently, when I called to schedule an appointment, the front desk informed me that the doctor was backed up and, because too much time had passed since my last visit, they would not be able to see me. The lack of communication and difficulty scheduling appointments left me feeling unsupported as a patient. I hope they can improve their responsiveness and patient scheduling process in the future.

I had my cleaning 2 days ago and my upper back tooth is in pain. I called yesterday to let them know it hurts (after they cleaned my teeth), and they told me it was normal and not to worry about it, take some Tylenol and call next week if it persists. I told them I can't eat on the right side of my mouth. Shouldn't that be an indication that something might be wrong? I'm supposed to have an appointment for some fillings next week, but I'm going to cancel and find a new place to go. I just have a bad feeling about this place and I don't think I want to trust going here again.
