The gym itself is of a good size, but the challenge for our school (Bishop Amat High School) is that we roll deep, meaning we have a HUGE fan base, which results in a very large turnout of support for all events affiliated with the school. The challenge at this gym was that there were not enough seats to accommodate everyone, which was not the school's fault, as they did their best to accommodate our school. THANK YOU! As far as our school is concerned, we won the game and now move on to the CIF Division II Championship game next Friday night.

They get weekly treats and multiple assaults have occurred on campus and they always sweep it under the Rug. Once we found out that there was a lockdown not through the school, but through the ring cameras of our local Neighborhood. The classes are over impacted and there's not enough staff members to keep the student safe at this campus. My children have witnessed stabbing , fights and experienced bullying as well. The "principal or whomever is filling in at the time"(principal was arrested for covering up SA) play it off or ignore it. I highly recommend to keep your kids away from this school. All they care about is funding for the school and not the children.

We were ignored for MONTHS when my daughter was in 8th grade - not knowing for sure if she was assigned to Norco for high school. When we finally got the notice she was enrolled, school had ended for the summer. My daughter wants to play sports. We have tried relentlessly to get ahold of the athletic department. Of course they don't call people back, they don't email people back and the school district plays games when you get to get a hold of someone who can help. The school makes you fill out an online form for medical clearance to play sports. You're supposed to upload a copy of the form to the site that is signed by the doctor. The process won't let you complete the application until the medical is attached. Wouldn't you know - my daughters medical clearance was denied because "no medical form attached". I took a screen shot of the website that shows the forms are uploaded in pdf form. I attached them to an email and requested someone review the denial. To date - we haven't been contacted and she is still showing as denied. I have tried to call the school and the school district to get assistance with this. They refuse to assist and place it back on the shoulders of the athletic department. It's insane to me that society demands teachers be held in high regard - but they don't even do the bare minimum of assisting families.

The new bathroom rules are beyond ridiculous. Only ONE bathroom pass per class? My daughter said a girl stained herself during her period because she couldn't go. That is humiliating and completely unacceptable. Students aren't even allowed in buildings or outside during lunch, and the new drop-off/pick-up system has already caused accidents. This principal is doing the most but not even doing anything to protect our children. The students look miserable every day leaving school. Parents -- beware. I am switching my daughter to another school.
