Bawa is extremely unprofessional. He does not listen to his patient and only tries to push supplements that are financially beneficial to him, not helpful for the patient. I did not want to have to post this review but I've been passed from doctor to doctor over the last 6 months and have finally lost patience. For the past week the text line was acting like they were going to help me get my prescription sent to my pharmacy until finally, today, divulging that all everyone is off this week for thanksgiving. I had to restart the conversation every time as there are 50 different people passing my conversation around and not a single person was empathetic to my situation. I finally reached someone on the phone this morning but the staff is keeping me in the dark, not taking me seriously, and treating me like a child. It is a nightmare. I have wasted so much time and energy trying to get an honest answer from anyone at this facility, one way or another, and still have no way of getting an update from anyone. The way this is being handled is extremely disappointing and upsetting. read more

Dr Bawa is very knowledgeable and thorough. And he is skilled and honest at communicating his knowledge as it applies to your individual issues. I came to his office with medical problems and he is working swiftly to resolve them. My lab tests, referrals and prescriptions are quickly sent and I really like his staff too. They are kind and pleasant to work with. I know they are patient because they were so nice to me when working around my travel plans for scheduling the follow on treatments. I've had great service from him and his staff. After the military/tricare refused to help me with hormone replacement or even test me to learn what my levels were, I was seen by Dr. Bawa. Not only were his lab fees super affordable, but the results were quick. The BioIdentical treatment is fair and affordable. I got great results with it. Secondly, they went out of their way to help me try to save money by explaining to me how to switch my primary care physician to him so that I can pay less bc the insurance covers several procedures they offer. I also inquired about Ozempic, and he recommended I try a cheaper natural plant based weight loss medicine (Plenity) first. I thought that was considerate bc it was cheaper and technically healthier. And if I'm not pleased, we'll go the ozempic route. Also, they are modern in the sense that you can text with them versus calling. That's a huge bonus for me! Finally, how I understand the concierge fee is that they are weeding out the people who aren't serious potential customers. And I've been able to pluck away at the $500 and use it towards my visits. read more

I am a physician who met him at a medical conference and he was among the smartest in the room - always thinking about his patients, and asking important, research-based, thought-provoking questions to the lecturers. He clearly knows his stuff and stays on top of all the research and literature so that he can best care for his patients. I am not sorry to advise you to keep looking. You need someone who is in medical practice; not the business of 'medicine'. I will not even begin his name with the honor of Dr....Bawa is in it for the money. He took thousands of dollars for tests and non-effective treatments; then had no time to review test results and he refused to even prescribe the HRT I needed. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Bawa for several years now. We have always found him to be a very good doctor. He listens to your concerns and is very good at determining correct diagnosis but he won't tell you he knows for sure unless he is. He also tries to maximize treatments that don't involve drugs or antibiotics. He doesn't try to push treatments or medical practices on you if you have certain ideas on an issue. His staff is also always very nice. Dr Bawa is great as a general practitioner or he specializes in weight loss issues and nutrition and skin treatments. Highly recommend! read more

Zero Stars! Extremely unprofessional office. I made one appointment for the Seagrove office over a month in advance only to arrive to a locked door and a closed office. I called the office and they said they had tried to text me. I had no message from them at all. I rescheduled for the Destin office and drove 30 minutes to get there only to find out that they needed to reschedule me again and claimed to have left a message. I have no messages from them at all! As new patients our medical history and needs had to be documented and the time spent with me was more than adequate. After moving to Destin I was looking for a doctor to prescribe my bio-identical hormones. I made an appointment, did a ton of blood work, went back for a follow-up to blood work and Dr. Bawa prescribed my hormones with NO change to my current prescription. Went I told some friends who I went to, they all said they had had horrible experiences with Dr. Bawa. Three months later, I needed a renewal for my hormones and when my pharmacy called his office I received an email that he wanted to charge me $150 per year to write my prescription!! I have been on bio-identical hormones for over 10 years, probably had 4-5 different doctors prescribing them basically never changing the levels at all and NEVER had one doctor charge me like he is trying to charge me. This is totally unprofessional when you pay for an appointment, pay for the follow-up, pay for the blood work and now he wants more money???Terribly unprofessional and I do not recommend this doctor. I wish I had had the information from my friends before I had my first appointment with him. Now I have to start all over and find another doctor!!! read more
