7/3/2026 Appointment: 10:30 AM…read moreMax With Amazing Dr. Angela White. Librela , yearly exam, nail trim by our favorite Vet Tech Kasandra. Dr. Angela came in. We talked about how amazing Max is doing at 6 years and 11 months. He is doing fantastic on Gabapentin, Carprofen, Adaquin, Librela, Tramadol, Gy- coflex, and cold laser treatments daily at home. Come pare to when he first saw Dr. Angela white at 5 years young, we carried Max in , he couldn't walk. Everyone thought he was old. Sadly Not the case. Due to amazing Dr. Angela White we talked about what was best for our amazing, sweet, handsome boy Max to help his arthritis. We started Librela, we feel the same way as Dr. Angela White slow and steady wins the race. Less meds as possible. Well Librela has been amazing in helping Max's mobility, and everyday life is so much better all thanks to Dr. Angela, Kasandra and the wonderful lady who talked to us about Librela. We are so glad she spoke up and shared her dogs story with us. I thank Dr. Angela for loving all pets and wants the very best for them. Dr. Angela white will work with you, and listen. I love that she does NOT do any ( upsells ) nothing that's unnecessary and we appreciate that so very much.! That she eras on the side of caution when it comes to medication etc. We have been bring our pets to Dr. Angela White for 25 + years and we are not going anywhere. Sorry you are stuck with us and our 4 amazing loved German Shepherds. Missy will be coming in soon. Thank you Dr. Angela White for your care, concerns, your attention to the health and details of your patients. I am so glad we talked. I feel so much better and the fact that Max is doing amazingly well is icing on the cake. God bless you and thank you for caring for our fur members they are not just pets to us.! They are our world and we will do everything we can for them just like Dr. Angela White and Kasandra does for our fur babies. Love you two and we so appreciate you, Max agrees.

He was very weak, and all he does is talk and talk and talk instead of paying attention to the animal and the owner telling the doctor what is going on, all he does is try to give you these little stories and emails you PDF's. And send you links, instead of actually making sure your dog is okay. I have proof. And I even ran in to a customer THAT said they are just wanting to make money and two of their animals DIED because of DR JAMES WHITE!!. He Only prescribes him medicine instead of checking his heart, checking his functions, making sure he's OK. He didn't do any of that, the day I brought him in and he passed 5 days later and when I called and told them what was going on, he couldn't even see him. And Dr. Holcomb, same thing. You guys just want money and you killed my dog. Shame on you. This is not the end, trust me. I think you guys screwed with the wrong person, and I do not appreciate it because Dr. James White killed my dog. He didn't check his heart rate. He didn't check his stomach. He didn't check nothing. And I have proof because I have photos of the day I took him there on June 13 and he didn't do nothing. He just kept slapping his gums like he always does talking and talking and talking. I will be filing a complaint with the board of veterinarians for California and this is not the end. You killed my dog if you checked him properly that day, this would not have happened. Shame on you guys. All they want is money. prescribes him medicine instead of checking his heart, checking his functions, making sure he's OK. All you guys want is money. AND THEY THINK THEY'RE GONNA GET AWAY WITH IT BY SENDING A CONDOLENCES LETTER IN THE MAIL. Shame on you guys. If you would have checked my pup when I brought him in multiple times. This wouldn't have happened. But they keep charging for meds that didn't do anything just so they can make money. Clearly James and his (owners) wife Don't care and don't take their oath seriously. Shame on you guys. You didn't take care of a innocent animal, because YOU want MONEY!! And if this post is removed from your reviews. I know you rigged it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS PLACE!!

The professionalism at this clinic can't be found anywhere else. As of now, they are the only ones that I trust my dogs with. If you come here, know that your fur babies are in the best hands. Dr. Phillip and Nurse Terry displayed unrivaled levels of patience and understanding when dealing with my traumatized dog, Harvey (lab mix). They took their time explaining and offering solutions that best suited our situation, and Harvey left properly taken care of for the very first time in 10 years. The relief and joy they brought me in such a stressful situation is something that I never thought possible prior to this experience. Ricky (shiba) is always easy to handle, but I'm so happy to have finally found a clinic who truly puts the care and effort into handling all dogs. I didn't catch everyone's name, but the entire staff was helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Thank you guys for helping my family and for carrying yourselves with the strength and grace that you do!

It was a huge relief knowing she was handed to a skilled, and caring team. Dr. Bory was very thorough, attentive and he answered every one of my nervous questions. They also provided written and verbal instructions for her home care at discharge. Thank you for making us feel at ease on our first visit. Also, for treating our fur baby with so much care.

After reading the many positive Yelp reviews, I contacted this clinic to request additional…read moreinformation about bringing in my one-year-old Yorkie to be spayed. My initial phone call requesting a quote for the procedure left me surprised and satisfied with the information provided by the friendly clinic staff member over the phone. I was quoted a price that was $225.00 less than that of the previous lowest-priced quote I had received from three other veterinary clinics. Could it be too good to be true was my original thought. This price included lab/blood work, the actual procedure, recovery period at the clinic, and medication. Unlike at any other clinic, which charges a separate fee for bloodwork that must be done days before the procedure, all required bloodwork here was to be completed on the same day as the procedure. Feeling comfortable, I scheduled an appointment to have the procedure done here. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was pleasantly surprised at how large and clean the exterior and interior of the clinic were, as everything appeared to be well maintained. The staff members immediately welcomed me to the clinic and checked me in. The entire staff is extremely friendly, outgoing, supportive, and professional. While waiting to be called in, several other pet owners walked in with their pets to be treated, while others walked out with their pets appearing satisfied with the service they had received. Side note: This is a very popular and busy clinic, yet the personalized service provided to each visitor was top-notch. I waited less than ten minutes before my wife and I were called in and escorted to a room with our dog. After I had been seated in the room for less than three minutes, Dr Bory and one of his assistants entered and introduced themselves to my family. They both took a seat on the extremely clean and polished floor with crossed legs. I found this action surprising, yet it put my family and me at ease as the doctor and his assistant were closer to our dog, which seemed to put her at ease. This action of sitting on the ground also made the doctor and his assistant feel friendly, compassionate, and truly caring for our dog. I might add that the examination table in the room was up against the wall, as the doctor advised he uses the table as needed and prefers to sit on the ground to be at eye level with family pets. This was very cool. The doctor allowed us as much time as needed to ask questions, and his responses were very informative and educational. Dr Bory explained the procedure and recovery process. Dr Bory was easy to understand, very friendly, a great listener, and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and at ease. Feeling satisfied, we left our dog and six or seven hours later, I received a call that our dog was ready to be picked up. Three days later, our dog, while wearing the cone around her neck, is doing great, playing with her brother, and is back to her loving and playful nature while recovering perfectly. Dr Bory and his entire staff are to be commended for a very positive and friendly experience. We are truly thankful for the AMAZING and professional service we received during our visit. Thank you!

DO NOT GO TO THIS VETERINARIAN…read more My experience with this place is that they are always trying to charge you for another visit, even when all you need is a tech follow up visit just to see if your pet has recovered from the illness they treated him for. In my opinion, the vet, Dr. Grahbin, is greedy and unethical. I went to see if the my dog had healed with the medication the vet prescribed for him and, immediately, they wanted to charge me for another visit. I stated that the Dr. Sung said I didn't have to pay for another visit, only have my dogs treated areas inspected to make sure he had healed. The receptionist asked for the dog's rabies certificate. I told her I didn't have it and if I could bring it another day. She said no. Then she stated that they would let me slide if I paid the $60 for a whole new appointment. I told her I was not going to pay and that they were just trying to get more money from me. I said something under my breath, and the other tech accused me of saying a bad word, which I did not, and anyway, I can say whatever I want to myself. Well, the entire staff, including Dr. Gahbrin berated me and ganged up on me. I told them they were greedy and I wouldn't be coming back. i left without my dog being examined and to this day, I don't know if he still has an infection because they wanted to extort money from me that Dr. Sung said I was not required to pay. Also, while I was there, they tried to charge an elderly, disabled woman twice for the services she received. I stepped in and said, they already charged her and she paid. This is probably why they treated me horribly. I'm never going back to Pomona Animal Hospital and don't recommend it to anyone. I don't know how they have 3.8 stars, they're horrible, greedy people that put profit over the well being of our sick animals.

The staff were kind, caring, understanding, and professional. My dog needed emergency surgery that was expensive but thousands less than some other vets charge. This will be our regular vet moving forward.
