If I could give this no stars I would…read more I've been dealing with a shoulder injury for a while now and decided to do something about it. I fell from a horse about 5 years ago on my shoulder and messed it up while rowing on the crew team in high school. I had MRIs done at Yale New Haven Hospital (I'm originally from CT) stating that I had a few things wrong with it (the specifics I'm not entirely sure of). I decided to give this place a chance because they were local and the doctors listed on their website have a lot of experience. First of all, this place has barely any lights inside. It's like walking into a cave! The ladies at the front desk were very polite, however. Then I was taken in to see Dr. Green - easily the most unprofessional doctor I've met in my life. He came into the room without saying a word or introducing himself and shoved his hand in my face looking for a handshake. Then he asked me what was wrong and had me do a series of tests for range of motion and strength. I told him most of them hurt. I gave him the DVD of the MRIs I had and he spent 5 minutes looking at them silently. He said he didn't see anything wrong with my shoulder and asked if I had done physical therapy before, to which I replied yes - and that it had done nothing but make my shoulder hurt more. He told me to go to physical therapy for a month and then come back, wrote something on a piece of paper to give to the girls at the front desk and walked out without saying anything. I decided to go to another doctor for a second opinion. Dr. Green and his practice aren't getting another DIME of my insurance money. Long story short - if you like going to rude doctors who work out of dingy offices, this is the place for you.

Dr. Green has the worst bedside manner possible. He is argumentative, when asking you about your…read morehistory. He does not acknowledge that he is hurting during treatments even though your telling him it hurts. I wouldn't go back to this buffoon if you paid me a million dollars. I'll be getting my orthopedic treatment elsewhere.

Dr. Carolan is quite the doctor. I was extremely impressed. No waiting, a beautiful facility,…read moreplenty of parking...but those are silly factors for a decent doctor. He was very engaging, asked a lot of questions, pulled up past MRI's/Cat scans and went over them with me. He probably spent at least 30 minutes with me. He was very kind, and respectful. He is a very unassuming physician. Not pompous, instead relatable. Highly recommended in my book.

I'm not a big fan of Doctor's speaking into a device to record patients history as look as it doesn't interfere with the connection a patient might want during an appointment, in my opinion I tend to get intimidated and also tend to feel like a subject being interviewed in a robotic way because of time constraints with patients I'm sure. I have left a long time Internal Medical Physician who I liked very much due to this problem of mine. The more patients the lesser the initial relationship between patient and Doctor sadly and unfortunately declined. I did like Dr. Kundo to continue my treatment with him.
