Although I rarely use the on call, it is phenomenal. These Doctors truly care about their patients and Dr Rennard is genuinely interested in me and my family. HE listens and answers my questions and he has a very very good "bedside" manner. HE has encouraged me in my health in ways no other physician has taken the time to do. I have been a client for many years dealing with both minor and major health issues. Dr. Weizman is my primary doctor but I have seen some of the others in the practice. He is one of the best doctors in Asheville. He returns every call or email I send within the same day. Most times it is after office hours but he DOES return your calls. Never had any problems making appointments. The Front Desk folks are top notch. If they can't get me in that day, they easily set me up for the next day. The nurses, PA's, lab crew and everyone in the office has always been quite good at their jobs. They answer all of my many questions and concerns and also relay them to my doctor if he needs to follow-up. I'm never rushed through any part of my appointment. Dr. Weizman will review your lab work, his recommendations or records from my other doctors. I never leave feeling confused or concerned about my health. These are the people you want taking care of you when you're not feeling too good. I highly recommend the whole practice if you need them.

I went into review my latest bone density with her, which was fine but I was expecting a discussion on new treatment option after I had completed two years of medication prescribed by my original doctor. When this PA called me back, I was told ask my primary care or my OB/GYN for further treatment options. she proceeded to tell my to stop taking a medication that I wasn't taking at all and then talked about my diagnosis which was also wrong. it was so obvious to me that she had not even read my chart before she called! I absolutely do NOT feel confident that my osteoporosis would be treated properly with this approach. Could it be a cutback of Medicare patients??

A YEAR LATER they billed me an office visit code and an additional higher level visit that my insurance wouldn't cover. When I called them to ask for them to re-file they were uncooperative and rude. I specifically went here because I wanted to have a smaller office where I felt cared about, but clearly they are only out for money. I will not be returning.
