When someone called, they didn't call the number I asked them to call and didn't give me an extension to reach them to speak to them live.The message left didn't address my questions or even try to help me figure out if my insurance would cover the visit. They didn't even tell me what the cost of a visit is. After reading other reviews I'm going to cancel my appointment.

These diseases can manifest quite differently from patient to patient, but doctors often ignore what you tell them. For some reason, in this specialty, many of them are extra-arrogant. But Dr. McCann manages to be genuinely friendly, funny, caring, and humble - even though he's very knowledgeable and very clear-spoken. He wanted to work with me like a partner in solving my unusual problem. For anyone with an allergy, I can't recommend Dr. McCann highly enough.
