Revised- I had a misunderstanding with one of the staff members on my first visit and I was going to never attend this facility again. But after receiving a follow-up call from Anna correct the situation I now feel confident recommending this location to anyone especially with kids. Thank you Anna for turning us around to be an amazing experience, the three hygienist in the back are nothing less than amazing they do great work and are very respectful, and work very well with the kids of all ages. Do not book here. It's always an issue every time I go and today was the last time I went. I made an appointment for a cleaning for today Saturday 9am. The appointment was made the Monday prior. So they had enough time to call me and tell me that there is not a hygienist on site on weekends! Nope I show up and get told that first that the dentist on site wouldn't see me because it's not my regular dentist and then that there isn't a hygienist there and the appointment will need to be rescheduled for a weekday. You couldn't call me the 5 days prior to let me know? Place is just run backwards. Don't waste your time. read more

.... If I could give a 0 star, I would. The receptionist is rude .....So right off the bat I was a bit put off, (because when I called to make the appointment, the receptionist took a solid 30 seconds after answering to talk to me because she was discussing if she wanted a donut or not w someone that was asking her... while I'm waiting to make an urgent appointment) the office is dirty. The rooms are not actual rooms... they're cubbies. So just about every discussion between the patient & dentist can be heard. Another patient that came after I did, was seen before me... after 45+ minutes of waiting I finally got to see the dentist. I was told I need a wisdom tooth removed & that they did not perform that type of surgery there, so she would refer me to another office. I got a phone call confirming an appointment I did NOT make.... When I realized I did not have my referral w me, I contacted them back to get it emailed.... Only to find out the receptionist can only see that the doctor did not refer me anywhere except to the same place.... Going back later to see what needs to be done. read more

I would not recommend this facility as it's a complete waste of time. This is my second negative post in over a year. They over booked appointments and do not have enough staff to facilitate it. The person at the front desk needs to be retrained, yes. There's not do a good job of communicating with patients. Dr. Dental is like the McDonald's of dentist. Absolute worst dental experience of my life. The one star is because the hygienist was sweet. The Doctor was atrocious. Demanded I get not one, but two medical clearances to have a filling done (no sedation, no surgery, etc). I am a healthy 33 year old woman who happens to be pregnant and don't have the time nor money to be seeing multiple doctors to obtain various clearances for A FILLING. I am also a registered nurse and didn't appreciate the condescending bs explanation of the doctor allegedly "protecting her license", what a crock of garbage p.s. I was completely fine with providing ONE medical clearance due to my pregnancy. Obviously after deciding not to return, called a different office, they basically laughed at the required two clearances and said I did not even need one clearance for pregnancy and that dental work was routine with pregnancy and IF and only IF I required sedation or surgery would a clearance be required. This reaffirmed how ultimately ridiculous the first doctor was being. Complete and utter waste of time. Incompetence at its finest. read more

The Dental Assistant Jocelyn was amazing! She put all my fear and anxiety to ease. Jocelyn was very attentive to my needs and concerns, and did all she could to make my visit a pleasant one! Jocelyn went above and beyond her role as an assistant and would highly recommend her to anyone who fears the dentist! The Root Canal specialist was also great! The dentist explained everything, answered all questions and correctively diagnosed my issue where other dentists couldn't figure out the problem. The specialist did not up sell me on anything and was honest and supportive. The Only issue I had with this office was that my appointment was at 1pm but I was not seen until 230 and was not out of the office until after 3 PM. read more

Super unprofessional. They hung up on my because I said I didn't want to go back to their office. They made up charges on my daughters chart and wanted to charge me for a visit where the doctor herself told me I didn't have to pay for it when I stopped at the front desk to clear the account. On top of that they will do your first visit for a low charge but they will do a "X-ray" that you need to pay for an outrageous amount. (Not everyone is not paying attention or ignorant). read more

Good honest dental care. They accept most insurances including HUSKY. I came here because my dentist wanted me to see and endodontist for a possible root canal and they did not have a doctor in house that could do a retreat on a tooth that was crowned/root canaled. Dr. Dental has a endodontist in house. BTW as it turned out it was semi good news. Didn't need a root canal. I say semi good because the cause of my pain was a gum problem. When was the last time a dentist told you you didn't need expensive work done when you came to them in pain? read more

Receptionist was very unprofessional and had no clue how to do a insurance verification. She informed me I should pay the 57$ meanwhile I have dental coverage through my employer. I told her I was insured by united healthcare and she then asked me if I had Delta. I believe they just want patients who have Medicaid because she kept informing me of her expertise in that particular area. I had an emergency since I had an infection. They performed a deep cleaning. Followed it up a week later w/ a check up which they created a pocket on the tooth & they recommended to remove the tooth to save money because they said the tooth was not save able. Thanks for trying to save me money but it should be my decision on my options. I went for a second opinion they ended recommending a root canal since I had a deep cleansing it created a infection between the problem tooth & the one next to it. The other place did the root canal instead of removing the tooth as they recommended & now I still have my tooth. Just had to fix their original work which was a pocket forming w/ an absinthe which they said I didn't have but an infection. Isn't that what an infection is when it's a pocket w/ puss? Also shouldn't they try to save your teeth before saying there is no hope and pointless to do any other procedure? Disappointing read more

This place is super unprofessional. They had me wait over the weekend for Dr.Reddy to refill my prescription because she wasn't in so I waited until Monday in pain . Monday came & went & the excuse was she was too busy she'll do it first thing tomorrow as in Tuesday ( today ) I call this morning to be put on hold for an 1/2 an hour & reluctantly hung up due to me arriving at work. I called during my lunch 12:30 just to be told she can't refill it .... I recommend anybody looking for a dentist who cares about their clients attend the dentist office on Main Street . Don't know why I even did this to myself by going to this place . Never again & I'm Now waiting on a call back from them about my referral to the office on Main Street . Call was made at 1:51pm & is making its way into an 1:2 an hour again . I'll be back if I don't receive one back as told & have to call them . So i has to call them , Now after being out on hold for an 1/2 an hour they tell me because I'm not getting the root canal done with them they will not prescribe me pain meds to help with the pain until my root canal appointment that I made with Yale because I needed to be put under .
