I needed to have this crown put on today as it's been two weeks since my root canal and this is when they could fit me in. I won't have a day off for another 6 days and next Wednesday they are closed so I'm left with a temporary filling for who knows how long. This doctor does not care about his patients. I'm leaving his office extremely stressed about when I will have this fixed as I work 10-12 hour shifts and am looking at 6 days a week the next couple of weeks. I can't believe he came so highly recommended.

Requested an appointment for a chipped tooth because I am in pain and can't chew…read more I show up to my appointment and all they are asking me about is the "cleaning and exam" which I tell them I could definitely use one of those but I make it clear that the main priority is filling in the chipped tooth preventing me from eating. They go ahead and do the X-Rays, exam, and cleaning before they tell me they aren't going to be doing the filling that I made the appointment about in the first place and was repeatedly asking about because I'm literally in pain and can't eat. They also wanted about $300 or so more on top of the $129 they charged for the exam and cleaning and wouldn't be able to do it for another 2 days. Whole experience and quality of treatment was horrible and a huge waste of time I regret going here and recommend everyone avoid it.

My last experience at a dentist was awful and dental offices already scare me but a lot of the anxiety went away after my first call for an appointment. Everyone: from the receptionist to the dentist is kind and patient. Unfortunately, years back I was SA and ever since then, things being in my mouth give me anxiety followed by panic so trips to the dentist are difficult. I'm writing this review in hopes that the right person, who maybe has the same concern i did will find this and it might help reassure them. I explained this to the receptionist and they made note of it for me - X-rays which require equipment to be in your mouth for periods of time are the worst for me. If it's in my mouth for more than a few seconds, I gag and sometimes throw up. The dental assistant went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me through this, she would literally place the piece in my mouth, run to take the photo and run back to get it out as fast as she could (I wish I knew her name). Every time I'm in the chair, they're reassuring and check in with me. Dr. Kimet is an angel, she's thorough, professional, patient and most importantly, friendly! She takes time explaining things and never makes me feel bad about my 100 questions. I've also never had a more thorough teeth cleaning before, my mouth felt amazingly clean afterword. She also did some cosmetic work on my teeth, I had 2 chipped teeth that I was very self conscious about- she did such a great job, you'd never know they were chipped in the first place.
