He even pressure washed the concrete platform our AC compressors were sitting on! Everything looks sparkling clean from top to bottom! And all for a very competitive price! Since several of our concrete roofing tiles had broken corners and a couple were also badly cracked, Josh offered to go back up on the roof and glue them back in place. I was happy to pay a small additional fee for this since I have a very bad back and shouldn't be up on any roof! It's not so easy to find an honest, reliable, hard working, residential service provider in SW FL but I know I've found one in Stwan's Pressure Washing! No question who I'll call the next time I need any pressure washing done!

He did the roof, lanai, screen, cleaned around the exterior windows, my air conditioner pad, the curbing out front, plus the driveway. He also cleaned the exterior cement around my pool cage, which I am pretty sure has never been done, except by me. He was extremely considerate of my plants and promised to water them extensively to protect them from damage. This was all finished in less than 3 hours and I am very pleased with the results. I am sure he is the only one I will call in the future.
