I would give more stars if they were available! Josh just thoroughly cleaned our roof and gutters, then washed off all the exterior walls, windows and doors and finally the driveway, sidewalk and pool pavers were washed. He even pressure washed the concrete platform our AC compressors were sitting on! Everything looks sparkling clean from top to bottom! And all for a very competitive price! Since several of our concrete roofing tiles had broken corners and a couple were also badly cracked, Josh offered to go back up on the roof and glue them back in place. I was happy to pay a small additional fee for this since I have a very bad back and shouldn't be up on any roof! It's not so easy to find an honest, reliable, hard working, residential service provider in SW FL but I know I've found one in Stwan's Pressure Washing! I only gave this woman and her husband a five star review because there isn't a ten or one hundred option. First off the owner of the company whom scheduled my appointment is wonderful to speak with. Josh showed up 15 minutes early. Who does that in Florida? He called ahead to let me know he was en route. He asked me my concerns with the job before starting. He worked extremely hard and completed my house, lanai and fence in under two hours. It doesn't look like the same property now. Josh is friendly, passionate and love's what he does.
